Purchased a pair of shoes for $79 never received shipping information or order number. Customer service number is bogus no one answers, or they send me to voicemail. Emailed the support email, got a automatic generic responses, cant get them to respond. This has been going on for months, they want refund my money and I sent pictures of the money they took out my account! Thieves!

I order a product from their website. I was informed that I would receive a tracking number for my order and a ETA on the package as well. I never received the a tracking number, there is no tracking number for my package. Zro-Studios never shipped my package and the support won’t tell me anything concerning my package.
