Steve called and left a voicemail stating that my Mother owed $499.99 and that if she did not call back within 48 hours they would take the money from her account. My mom is nearing 90 years of age and was very upset for she had no idea why she would owe this money. I called the phone number and asked the name of the company and services they provided. He stated ZTech Solutions and the company provides Anti Virus Software. My mom doesn't have a computer. He hung the phone up and then sent a text saying "ok, bye".
