Ordered items such as hoodies, pants , shirts, dresses from this website on November 2022. The tracking number i was given via email took me to a legit page. But when i never received my packages, and the tracking info said delivered i contacted the email for customer service. Received multiple messages expressing what seemed to be concern, followed by updates on a delay, then followed by more apologies and claim to have sent the orders again. And now, may 2023 i received an email claiming i will receive a refund of 90 % of what i spent. So i guess we will see

Ordered items online in November 2022, received shipping info. Items said delivered, never received items. Asked for refund, never received refund.

Saw an Ad on Facebook and had cool clothing called ZWCUGS.-CU clicked on the shop now and ordered like any other site online. Had to subscribe to site to do all info for shipping and all that and you get an email that you successfully subscribed and even if you leave stuff in cart for day or 2 so after I had funds to purchase I ordered and it stated 4-7 day shipping never got what I ordered so I email them from site on Facebook from the ad and email on their was [email protected] ok so I got a response from them but different address 1st red flag that address was [email protected] and they stated for me to please be patient there were working on getting order shipped ok fine wait wait wait and nothing so start digging some and found other pages on Facebook from same ppl just like what I ordered from 4 to be exact so I email them back and ask for refund knew it was a scam and those were Christmas gifts I wants refund ASAP and got nothing email again this time with proof was being called scam asking for refund ASAP again and this time got an email back where all I for was updated immediately with tracking information and a site to go to and tracking number… ok so click on the site and put number in an guess what item not found and got to really looking at the shipping page which was www.tracking654.com and notice there is nothing on it but that name up top of site Tracking654 and the a box to put number in to search it had in top right corner of page the 3 lines where normally can click on and you have options well it only had 1 option and it said Home so click that and it just refreshed the page I was on so scroll down to very bottom where normally contact info and all would be and it’s just says copyright 2022 ok FAKE PAGE FAKE tracking # and it all looks legit till you really look and dig so I got to digging more and notice the shipping page to put tracking # in to search was created the same day the Ad on Facebook and the website were all created… so now here we are! Still nothing and I’m out money and since my accounts have been hacked into especially my Facebook and Google account so I get alerts literally every hour someone trying to get into my stuff so I have to stop at work immediately or wherever I am to change all my stuff and secure it again!! All this because buying stuff for Christmas for my daughter! I have had to dispute it with my bank and card company so they have all my info and I watching it like a hawk! They have multiple pages on Facebook all similar in name and too many to count personal profile pages linked to them and it’s the same people each and everyone one… main name on account is called Joanna Cabanda and when you search that on Facebook it’s like overload of so many personal pages of same girl and man but the name is changed slightly in a different way changing like 1 letter or so…. Facebook won’t take them down saying it’s not against their code but ITS CLEARLY A SCAM and hundreds ppl affected in several different countries all were wanting Christmas gifts!
