Ordered zipper hoodies and jogging pants sent a tracking number tracked package until it said delivered never recieved iteams

Purchased was $14.14 and they added 4.99 for 3-7 day delivery this was earlier in November . I received message saying it was shipped and close to being delivered like December and still nothing the tracking # sent doesn't work and they keep having deferent people email talking about refund in progress .it now going on4 months.and Facebook doesn't take responsibility for companies fraudulent claims.

My stepmom ordered some clothes as a Christmas gift for myself and we waited for a little over a month and the tracking said delivered but it never came. The email correspondence said that it says delivered on their end and that we should talk to our post office. We did and it was never received by them either.
