I ordered the meditation chair and received a confirmation email that said I would be notified when it was shipped but never received anything. The website now doesn’t work and they don’t respond to email.

Ordered a chair, never arrived. Received an attempted fraud charge of 119 after the 40 went out. Emailed back for a refund. No answer. Zymart.co no longer exists as a website. Store is linked to shopify store, [email protected]

After seeing an ad on Instagram, I followed a link to an external site which appeared to be a legitimate online storefront. I purchased the office, meditation chair and paid with a credit card. I immediately received an email confirmation and my card was charged. After a week with no updated status, I made outreach to the email in the order receipt: [email protected]. There was no response. The receipt link to my order landed on an unavailable page. At this point, I realized it was a scam and reported the charges to my credit card.

Found the yoga chair on Facebook. Did a quick search and pulled up the site via Chrome. Made the $39.80 purchase for the chair. The next day I went to use my debit card for a book of stamps and my card declined due to NSF. I logged into my bank and found 10 $119.90 transactions from Radiant Glassworks, which ended up being the same name the $39.80 I approved for the chair. I put a fraud claim in with my bank, Navy Federal Credit Union, they gave me a temporary credit for the $1199 charges. I just got an email from them yesterday stating they could not find any evidence of fraud and will be taking the $1199 back on the 16th!! I am fighting with them on this and am building an arsenal of evidence about this Zymart/Radiant Glassworks scam. Any additional help from someone would be great.

saw an ad on Facebook, went to the website, ordered an item for less than $40. They charged me that, plus $119.80 12 times until my bank hit insufficient funds. Never got any items, website contact info is bogus. An additional email is [email protected]. No response from any emails. Phone number has fake "all circuits busy" message. Total criminal enterprise. I don't know if the address in 29 Palms is legit.

Online purchase through Facebook ad. Made a purchase for an item, received emailed receipt, but sender email address had no extension (ie, @gmail.com) listed. Email at bottom of receipt had question contact of [email protected]. Googled that which led to ScamPulse.com scam alert page.

I initially saw a product on a facebook add. I didn't really want to purchase through facebook so I put the web address on Safari to buy online instead. The website seemed legit at the time, however after purchase my order included several "mystery items" that were supposedly for free along with the product I had selected. Online, the website gave me one order number, however in my email address it gave me a completely different order number. I tried emailing using the "contact us" email to cancel my order just an hour or so after placing the order. They still charged my card and I have yet to receive any other correspondence (cancellation confirmation, shipment notification, etc.).

Ordered chair. Suspicious when card was charged immediately as typically with online purchases the payment is not processed until item ships. It has been over a week and I cannot get a response by phone or email.

I made a purchase online from merchant for 29.99 for a SunChill float. I was notified today by my credit card fraud department that they attempted to use my credit card multiple times for unauthorized charges. My card has had to be cancelled and currently in the process of resolving all of the fraudulent charges.

The website uses Facebook to advertise products and has a working website to purchase products. I purchased a chair I saw advertised on Facebook and received a confirmation email stating they received my order, then I never heard anything from the company after that. I have sent several emails to the support email address listed on their website with no response. I called the phone number listed on their website, and every time, an answering machine picked up and said all circuits were busy. This website is clearly a scam to simply take money and deliver no product.
