I placed an order for one pillow and the order changed to four pillows. Same thing happened with the pillowcases. Several others online had the same problem. Contacted the company immediately was told already shipped so wait for the item to arrive and use our hassle free return policy. After items arrived I contacted the company to return items. They had to be unopened which mine were thankfully. Return address is Germany so will cost me a huge amount to ship back which I have to pay for.
