of our monthly statement so they could get us credit for charging us. I called our merchant portal and they said this was not right they take care of all our compliances and stay up to date. I called back and
talked with 2 different people and found out this was a scam to try and get us cheaper merchant fees. I told them this was very misleading and they said they would get rid of my statement (which had no info on it but fees we are charged for taking credit card, no names or account numbers because we do not store credit cards). They did not try to sell me anything or attempt to get money but did not appreciate being misled. I am glad I called our merchant portal and got this figured out.
