I ordered 4 bras (size L) from the company's ad reel on Facebook on March 8. I have written them multiple times asking for tracking information since the tracking link they gave me via Shop app didnt have any information. At one time, i received an email asking me to give feedback about the product, so I replied back tp tell them I hadn't even received my order. Just today, i sent another email to request a full refund because I had not heard anything from them. Today, however, I received a package from a different company name (MOKA at 342 E 136th St., Chicago, IL). There were 4 bras, but they were the wrong size (2XL) and wrong colors (missing Red color). Refund policy on website says I have to send them back within

14days, yet there's no return address.

The company name BomB was at the top of the order from Bombonds.com and it was for ladies under garments. I placed the order back on 2/8/26 and paid by credit card in 3 installments, totaling $66.96. I received information several times about delayed shipment, until the final installment was paid, and then it said order shipped, but to date, haven't received anything.

I ordered a bra from Bombonds.com and was charged the next day. Two months later, I got the package (according to the tracking number), but it had two "Trust in God" stickers in it. I ordered a BRA with full support because God isn't able to hold them up anymore... I'd rather have the bra. Now, I'd settle for a refund, which they won't give me. Their phone number at (630) 733-1210 is out of service, and they won't respond to emails I sent to [email protected]. I lost $33.98 on this.

This company poses us an undergarment company I must’ve sent 20 emails they will not reply. I went online and I’ve read reviews this happened to so many people it was 100s of people online I should’ve looked at the reviews first

This is a made up company from Bombonds.com. They will charge your card then give you a fake tracking number and charge your card again. I lost $100.00 to them.
