Hello, I would like to report a Scam. I called the Verizon phone number yesterday to request a technician for my property, since we have a low hanging wires, which belong to Verizon. The phone number is: +1 800-922-0204. No one was sent to my property, but instead the man on another line from 1(800) 922-0204 asked me for my SSN, birth date (just to be sure I have right to make this request) and he finally asked me for my credit card number (to have $15 hold on it, in case I am not at home when technician arrives). No one sent any technician to my property, instead they made two fraudulent charges on my Discover card totalling $73: 1. $1.00 and 2. $72.00. Please help.
