+1 (833) 883-2724 Multiple calls to my mom and sister and to me looking for me saying I have a loan from payday cash advance via something with Gainesville credit union and was called by Kimberly Morgan 877-767-2651 then Robert Crawley 786-563-1158 then spoke to a woman named Ivy Simpson who called me Marcella Ana which is not my name and I told them I have never used payday cash advance nor have I stepped foot into Gainesville and that I am an attorney to which they said I was not a real attorney which I gave them my Florida bar number saying that I was contacting the FTC and Fl attorney general and they said that they will process this and that I sounded unprofessional and that surely I was not an attorney that I talk too much and I said you cannot do this to me as this is fraud and you cannot call me and harass me and they hung up and I called them back asking them for their business address and they kept hanging up on me. They scared my mom and me and my sister and my mother is elderly and this is abusive practices and I want to know what can be done to stop them. My bank said that there was no unusual activity and that my credit report did not show anything but they keep calling me and my family and now say they are filing a lawsuit against me for a debt that I do not own nor do I know what they are talking about. I am distressed and they are causing me emotional distress and my family too.
