I received a call from a Jennifer stating I took out a payday loan on a closed account I had with suntrust and I would be taken to court if I didn’t pay. The address given was fake and the phone number does not come up on google. These ppl been blowing up my phone threatening me and can’t produce real documents for the claim

I was told that they was a debt collection agency, and if I didn't make arrangements that I would have to deal with the court system. I thought I was making arrangements not to go to court. However this company called several of my family members, giving them my personal information. Then I decided to look this company up and it was a total different name then what I was given. I just want to make sure this company is legit. The case no I was given was Np5712 and I couldn't find it anywhere in the system. The phone number ***-**-****55
