Received letter - Same document stating the Motor Vehicle Services has mandated this company to contact you with this letter containing the following :

They will say that your coverage hasn’t been activated yet and that you need to setup a down payment and a monthly payment for it to function.
They will also say that if you decide to not go through with it, you can’t call back to set it up anymore.
The document contains general information about your car and they have your name, surname, address and phone number.

I received a notice about my vehicle. From: Motor Vehicle Services without a return address. Indicating to contact them at once. Please give your record ID. That they would like to speak with me about an important matter regarding my car. Inside was a fake check that was a allocated waiver in the amount of $199.00 dollars. That it may be redeemed by activating new coverage. Not all consumers have previous coverage. That they are not affiliated with my dealershp or manufacturer. It also indicated that they had the right to revoke the allocated waiver after 7 days of receiving this notice I tried uploading a copy of the correspondence that I received. But the system not let me do that. It indicated system error.

I received mail from "Motor Vehicle Services" with an image of my vehicle's make and model on the front. Information on my vehicle's make, model, and year were included inside, as well as a notice date, county, and suggested service location. The letter said "IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUESTED" with a record ID number and contact number. It then read "We would like to speak with you about and important matter regarding your (year) (make). Please call ###-###-#### as this will be our FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU. We reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after 7 days of receiving this notice." It then included what looked like a check made out to me, for $199.00, titled " allocated waiver."

Received letter - company name "Motor Vehicle Services" with no address listed on the front - and a picture of my car model. Said letter is to inform about an important matter regarding my (car make and model listed). To call immediately as this is the final attempt to notify - 1-866-799-6459. Noted "Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm CST, No Saturdays." Had attached a supposed check noted a Allocated Waiver $199.00 with signature required for redemption. But noted "This is not a check" and allocated waiver is "redeemed by activating new coverage." It had no company name or address on it either. Please note that it had the correct mailing address, my name, and car make and model. The postal stamp read it was zip 33431 and was a postage paid permit no. 1535.
