If you getting calls from these people they have information from a data breach. They are relentless and start calling anyone you know... Family friends etc. They even called my place of employment 36 times in two days. Our courthouse does not use 3rd party process servers there are no pending lawsuits or dockets. Block them and do not speak to them. They are trying to record your voice to use in future scams where they use AI to duplicate your voice to extort money from people you know and trying to open bank accounts and credit cards in your name. I have called the local police and they assured me it is a scam.

They called from a Mississippi number that google says is the state school board. when you call the number, you get tones. When you answer the call there is a rude man telling you to call another number and give them a case number. this is after they try to get you to verify information about yourself. When I said I would not be calling the number he gets pissy pants and starts threatening that I will regret it, and I need to pay my bills etc. I have good credit, and I am not behind on any debt, so this is for sure a scam.
