Today (6-3-24) I received a Home Warranty Renewal notice for supposed mechanical equipment ... a warranty I have never had. This came in card form entitled "Home Warranty Division", mailed first class from St. Louis, MO. It carries a registration Number of:ID:B150CC11733 and a PIN No. of: 0423. Requests I call "1-888-413-5452 " for uninterrupted protection.

We did not call to get more information and we have no idea what this is for. I mark this a SCAM that is targeted at elderly homeowners because we live in a 55+ community.

The postcard read as follows "REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR CONTINUED PROTECTION This is your Warranty Replacement notice advising you to contact our offices so you do not have a lapse in coverage for all available covered components. With active services, all repairs and replacements will be covered that reflect you updated paperwork. Call 1-888-413-5452 now before it's too late and your expiration date expires leaving you home at risk of expensive repairs and/or product replacement."
It also contained a REGISTRATION ID and a PIN to use when you call the provided phone number.
I did not call the number provided since I do not have such coverage and, therefore, I knew it was a scam.
