The Recruiter sent an "invoice" for an ad for a Licensed Practical Nurse at a cost of $995.00. The fake invoice has a Date block (9/1/2022) terms defined as 30 days, invoice number of 624772. The phone number is listed - 202-838-8200 with a tag line underneath stating Thank you for your business! - ad type states it would be "online".

This fake invoice is addressed to a long term care that no longer exists as part of the business. At the bottom of the page is small print that says "Display ad has met the requirements in accordance with the provisions of the advertising department. Advertisement will run for a period of thirty days if you accept this offer. To obtain per diem allowance or additional Information please contact our main office."
