I purchase the Portable Infrared Electric Patio Heater 1900W before Christmas as a gift. The heater broker after the second time of use in January. I think the fuse broke and the insides melted, now it doesn't work. I took pictures and sent. I've contacted the [email protected] email repeatedly and filled in the "Submit Contact" form multiple times. NO RESPONSE. Their "24/7 Help Center" does not work and the website has all 5 stars which is statistically impossilbe. Please help.

The heater came without a base and cord was partially pulled out. They sent a base and I fixed the cord. I used it 2 times and it quit. It didn't put out very much heat at all!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! I Purchased an electric heater in Dec 2020. It came defective — Would not turn on and with some investigation saw that the plug area was melted/burnt, which was likely the reason for not turning on. I requested a refund and tried shipping the product back, however, they made me ship the product to China. China codes that 314 Display told me to use were wrong and FexEx could not find the address in their system. Also, it was going to cost me hundreds to ship the product to China. The support person insisted instead to ship me a new working heater. It's now May and I still have not received anything.

The support team will not respond to my emails (I've sent close to 40 emails). I submitted a complaint on the 314 Display contact form and have not received a response. I used their website chat and explained my whole story and the Chat person closed our chat. I cannot find a phone number to call and actually talk to a 314 Display team member. There's one person going by the name of Michael Lee . Michael is the person I've sent emails to and the person the 314 display site says I chatted with.

I submitted a product review giving it low stars. The site does not show my review. It only shows 5 stars reviews, which are likely fake reviews.

All over the 314 Display site – It uses words like "Credibility First", "Customer First”, "Free Shipping", "100% Guarantee". The Return policy page changes each time I visit it. It says this in the first sentence: "We believe in a fair and open returns policy, as we understand online shopping can be convenient and want to make it easy." All of these are FALSE claims to get you to trust and purchase.

I've tried all avenues to make contact with 314 Display and they will not respond.

As of my experience over the last 6 months of dealing with 314 Display. I think it's safe to say I was scammed. I'm out $340 and don't have anything to show for it, expect a product that literally does NOT work. 314 Display will not give me a refund or a working product, even though I followed all return policy guidelines list on their website. Buyer beware!

This appears to be a United States based business, when in fact, it is based in China, and I believe the "company" is only one person, Michael Lee. He has a ScamPulse.com accreditation symbol on his website, but the business isn't listed on the ScamPulse.com website. He sold me a product for $340 and told me in order to receive a refund, I have to pay to mail it back to China, and I will receive nothing if he does not receive the product. I paid $339.95 for the product, and it would probably cost about $200 to return it to China and if he says he didn't receive it, I get nothing back. I'm not willing to take the chance since I already lost my $340, he won't offer any additional compromises. I have asked for additional information about the "company", he would not provide any. I asked for a manager or a new customer representative, he would not provide one.
