Caller said they were an agent with healthmarketplace from 423-726-3676 and would help me with my insurance plan. asked for permission to access/lookup my healthmarketplace application. They had a bad phone connection and they either hung up or dropped the call. number shown on caller id was MIDWAY, TN 423-726-3676.
