I received a call from 470-788-0548 Loan Services about a loan in default with a bank that I've never done business with (Santander). Explained I've never done business with that bank and that I've had my identity stolen in the past with safeguards for it now. She explained they would have a default judgement issued and I would have to pay or they would garnish things. They have the last 4 of my social security number and current address. I told them to mail me documents with proof of the debt and hung up.
