Harassment and fraud attempt by Genevieve Bolden and associates from 713-239-3211
Furthermore, while working, I received a call from the number 713-239-3211, which Genevieve, Craig, and their regime were aware of, as it occurred on a Monday. They overheard my conversation with my investigator regarding their use of local numbers to scam individuals. After not answering their initial call, I responded to the second call, believing it to be from a local number. Genevieve claimed to represent the "Helensburgh Law Group." Upon researching this entity, I discovered it is listed as a warning by the FBI.
Genevieve Bolden and her associates possess my elderly husband's full Social Security number and date of birth. During the call, she inquired about a my spouses name subsequently referring to my spouses name again Additionally, she alleged that there was a bill from 2007 for $3,000.00 owed to Cash America. This behavior is indicative of an attempt to defraud individuals for personal gain. Similar tactics were employed when they contacted my elderly mother, claiming she owed $300.00 to Cash America Group. This constitutes elder abuse, and their efforts to extract money from vulnerable individuals is deeply concerning.
I intend to escalate this matter to the FBI as part of the investigation, given their targeting of the elderly with fraudulent claims. On a positive note, I successfully sent a text message requesting that they cease all communication with me, asserting my legal rights to not be harassed. I will be submitting this report both in person and online. Becareful, these criminals are being investigated
