I placed an order for a custom Hoodie and used my online bank to pay for it the money was collected and 3 weeks later I received information about the shipment of said goods. I watched as it was supposedly tracked all the way to my local post office and then out for delivery. It was never delivered to my postal box. I waited a few days to see if maybe one of my neighbors received it by mistake but nothing. I reached out to the company and instead of asking me how they could help I got a oh so too bad for you we don’t handle the shipping problems. So they stole my money and I got nothing in return. I’m sure they laughed all the way to the bank on that one.
