Received this final notice in the mail from 800-202-6231 saying that it concerned the property at my address secured by my current lender with an allocated waiver for $195 & signed by William H. Keating with a 800 number.

received a letter in the mail from 800-202-6231. states the letter is "about an important matter regarding property at - my address- secured by your current lender. We reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after 7 days of receiving this notice. Please call IMMEDIATELY as this will be our FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU: 1-800-202-6231 " followed by a fake check for 195.00 dollars signed by William H. Keating with the text "this is not a check" under the signature
