I've received a post card from 800-726-8865 Medical Services that says, "IMPORTANT NOTICE" To verify my eligibility, please call us now, toll-free at 1-800-726-8865. We're Going Nuts!!! Release Code: LP2199550. Dear, Sir We're going nuts trying to reach you about my Free Medical Device. It's real important that you call toll-free. 1-800-726-8865 Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-8pm EST; Sat 9am-6pm. I don't need medical devices. It's a scam. And the post card doesn't have an address.
