I received a phone call claiming a court locator had been issued for me in the county where I live. They claimed their name was Amanda Hawkins from (423) 405-0301. That I needed to call 855-316-2073 with claim number G104407## that If the claim left their office there would be no recourse. I called the number gave the claim number and they stated a county locator had been issued for me in the county that I lived. That they processed claims to go to court and that if it left their office there was no recourse on my part. They started asking me personal information such as my date of birth. I told them I was not giving that information due to the large number of scams until I knew what the call was about. They repeated their request. I replied with the same statement this happened several times and they hung up on me.

I called the local county court clerk who confirmed they had nothin in their office for me.

Number called stating that they had a complaint against my social security number and name. They stated that I need to contact the office manager during office hours which were not listed. Also stating that this would serve as my final legal notice regarding my case and I have been notified. They had my full name and they wanted me to call 1-844-391-1077. The number that they called from was listed in Calhoun, GA. It was an automate voicemail which was weird also, the voicemail didn't start until 10-11 seconds after recording of my voicemail started.

Said if they can't reach me at my house they would come to my place of employment. They said I needed to call this number 888-805-7240 to stop further action against me. They left a long voicemail & I obviously didn't call back. This call was received on 5/15/2025

Many calls are being received by my parents, and now me for my ex-husband for a court case. They are now calling my work for the same case saying they have papers to serve me.

No process server has come to home/work for either of us. they are using UNKNOWN numbers when calling. No court cases pending in any

area courts or federal.

100% a scam, do not trust them.

They will give you a “case number” to sound professional and verify they are talking to you using your first and last name, but they are only trying to scare you into giving away your personal information. The goal is to intimidate and threaten, to anyone reading please trust that no credible organization would act this way.
