They call and text from (866) 398-2896 multiple times a day all hours of the day asking for income verification for a loan we never requested from multiple numbers. We have asked them to stop and they continue to call and text over and over all day long

Caller from 970.649.3670, claiming to be from 866-398-2896 Loan Services, left this message: "Hello, this calls regarding the status of your personal loan request. My name is Steve Jenkins. I am the loan specialist and working on your $52000 personal loan approval. You can reach me or on of my team members directly at 866.398.2896. The underwriting notes show that we're just pending income verification and if you're planning to use the balance transfer option, we'll need the account information for the balances you'd like to pay off. Again, to speak to the underwriting and to finalize your funding, call us at 866.398.2896, Once we speak, we should be able to move forward with the next steps. If you're ready reviewing your terms, you can reach me before 6 pm today"

I have been receiving spam personal loan calls from 866-398-2896 Loan Services for around a year. Multiple times a day with spoofed phone numbers. The call back number in my voicemail is 866-398-2896. The number that called, (which changes every time they call) 267-906-7823. I'm on the do not call registry and it hasn't made a difference. The loan amount changes but they claim I'm approved for $52,000, and I just need to verify my income.

They have my name and call from 866-398-2896 Loan Services about my loan offer saying “just pending income verification, and if you're planning to use the balance transfer option, We'll need the account information for the balances you'd like to pay off”

They have been calling from 866-398-2896 Loan Services leaving voicemails for months claiming they need to verify my income for a loan that I applied for. They don’t say the name of their company, use different names and say they are a loan specialist reviewing file. I have not applied for any loan.

They have called me 2,3,4 times a day for months from 866-398-2896 Loan Services. I’ve blocked numbers, asked them to stop calling and yet the calls continue. They really want to connect about a loan I never applied for ranging between 52 and 62,000 dollars.
