I receive at least two calls a day from spoofed numbers. They leave voicemails stating they are from the loan review unit for 866-398-3898 Loan Services. They ask me to call back to either 866-398-3898, 888-269-4978, 888,410-0460, 844-471-0386, 855-994-2142, 855-357-2202, 855-909-0815, 833-588-3805, 866=959-1033

This number from 866-398-3898 Loan Services has called every day for 3 months, sometimes twice a day. They do not give a company name, only say they're with the "loan review unit" and assigned as the underwriter to my file. I never applied for a loan yet they keep calling. I report it as spam daily but they change the number they call from each day. And the number they call from is not the number they give for the call back.

Kept getting phone calls and voicemails from 866-398-3898 Loan Services saying that I qualified for $67,000 loan and call Marissa Morgan back. I finally called back and was told she was not available and spoke to a man and he was going to see if I qualified and he had most of my information and I also gave him my social number and then he said I didn’t qualify and I asked him to remove me from his calls and he kind of laughed and said okay.

Received a phone call from the number (866) 398-3898 - since I didn't recognize it I did not answer and it went to voicemail. The voicemail from 866-398-3898 Loan Services stated that someone (no name given) was the assigned underwriter for my file. "I see notes here. We took another look at your file, and it appears you almost approved for $67,000. Depending on your income situation, you have 3 terms and options to select from. I just wanted to connect so we can walk through the details together and go over your terms and finalize your funding. When you get a chance, please give me a call back at 866-398-3898."

I have NOT approached ANYONE regarding any kind of loan. These calls had stopped for a brief period but seem to have resumed and use a different number each time.

They call up to 12x a day from random spoofed numbers and leave a voicemail saying to call 866-397-3898 to confirm my $67k loan from 866-398-3898 Loan Services. So tired of it and i see many others who have this same exact complaint. You can call and they will pick up, they continue to call all day, night. Its so frustrating!
