This "company" from 888-269-4978 Loan Services calls me daily, daily for weeks, sometimes 3-5 times a day with spoofed numbers, will not disclose their legal name, address etc. Have told them multiple times to cease and desist and its non stop. This is a business line that I have to answer , I have no choice, this is no longer just annoying its criminal and borderline stalking. Always a spoofed number and when they leave msgs if you dont answer this is the number to call them back at, if the govt cant track down who pays for this number what good are they? 888-269-4978

Continue to call after being asked to be put on the do not call list from 888-269-4978 Loan Services. I never applied for a loan. They advise that it’s a preapproval. I have asked for their corporate contact information such as an address and they say that it’s not needed if we’re not a customer. They make continuous calls, but now blocked the call when I call back, asking for the information that they will not provide. They continuously hang up. I ask for a supervisor they won’t transfer you or connect you to anywhere else.

I continually receive calls from 888-269-4978 Loan Services about a loan application. I have not applied for one. I continue to block the calls but for some reason they continue to call. I have confirmed I am on the do not call list.

Company calls from 888-269-4978 on a near daily basis for several months telling me about my loan application status, which is false, and wanting to connect me with a loan specialist. I have dozens of times selected to be added to the do not call list on their phone tree. On the occasions I have spoken with someone, I have asked to be removed from their list. Approximately 20 of them indicated they will have me removed. Probably another 15-20 just hang up on me when I’ve asked about being removed. I have asked for supervisors at least 10 times, all met with immediate hang up on their end. I cannot get them to stop harassing me.

They call everyday several times a day from 888-269-4978 Loan Services. I don’t answer and they leave voicemails sometimes by the same person frequently. They say this is underwriting saying I was approved for a loan and they need to speak with me for the finalization.

They always use different numbers multiple times a day, but they always say to call back at 888-269-4978. The messages are always from a person pretending to be Marissa Morgan from 888-269-4978 Loan Services. Regarding a loan approval but I have not applied to any loans. They are impersonating a bank and probably looking to scam people for money or to steal their identity information.

I receive calls on a daily basis from 888-269-4978 Loan Services, sometimes 2 or 3 calls in a day. The caller ID number changes, but the area code is often 270 or 234. They leave 888-269-4978 in the voicemail. It's from an "underwriter" about a loan that I never applied for. I block them, but they call from a different number. This has been going on for months!

EVERY DAY this company, 888-269-4978 Loan Services, has called me from a different number but telling me to call back the same (888)269-4978. There is a robocall that sounds like a person initially telling me that I qualified for a loan. Then I stay on the line to get the name of the business. They are rude, lie and tell me I called them. THIS HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Hi BBB, For the past month, I’ve been receiving around atleast a call per day from different phone numbers with the various area codes. The callers from 888-269-4978 Loan Services leave voicemail messages stating that my personal loan for $56,000 has received final approval and that they need ADDITIONAL information. However, I have not applied for any loans. The message instructs me to call back at 888-269-4978, and the caller is a female voice that may be AI-generated. I would like to report this activity, as it appears to be a scam and an daily annoyance. Thank you.
