I received a postcard in the mail saying I won a grocery/gas voucher and if I wanted it I needed to pay $5.95 for the processing and shipping of the gift card. I authorized this amount but then the same day a few hours later another$39.99 was deducted from my account. I did not authorize this amount. In fact I specifically told the lady on the phone that I was not authorizing any enrollment in any services or programs and I was only authorizing the $5.95 to be deducted. The lady on the phone assured me that I wasn't signing up to for any enrollments and that only $5.95 would be deducted.
