I received a collections letter in the postal mail from Accurate Recovery Solutions, Inc. (based at P.O. Box 820, Rockville Centre, NY 11571, USA) stating that I owe money for their Valley Health Labs in the amount of $18.14. Valley Health is the local healthcare provider I use, but I called them and they have no record of this bill. It also uses the same P.O Box New York address for both Valley Health Labs and Accurate Recovery Solutions, and my middle name was misspelled. It wants you to pay online at https://arspay.ondakcs.com by entering an Access Code and a PIN, but this says no account found.
