When I called to report a fraudulent order to Fingerhut, the Fingerhut customer service "employees" wanted my personal information, such as last four digits of my social security number and address information. When I would not give this information, they said they could not help report the fraud. They are tricky. They gave me a "Fraud Department" number to call and the person did the same.
I contacted Experian and learned that no one has attempted to open a credit card in my name. No identity theft has taken place. This is a Phishing Scam "company".
This is not a ligament business.
