Ordered goods in December and have yet to receive them

I ordered three hand painted statues called "By my side" and have yet to receive them. I have lodged a complaint with PayPal. I want to be reimbursed!

Total scam but I'm fighting them!

I too bought the Christmas hanging baskets with the lights, the greenery and the holly only to receive a cardboard cutout picture and a chain to hang the picture (which broke when I held it up to photograph!). Unbelievable. I opened a complaint with Paypal, which had me email back and forth with Adah Technology. They offered me $7 and I paid $58.75. They kept countering and got up to $25 but I've now had my creditcard company get involved. Also, the order came from Fallmemory and said it was only supposed to be $48.96! They are located in China, so returning the cardboard cutouts would be very expensive. Such a shame they can't be better people.

False advertising Scam products Company

I ordered what was pictured and described as large 1.2m number party lights from this company. Tobe displayed at my son’s 18th and 16th birthday. When they arrived they were in a small package at when l opened it up they were 20cms tall. One digit was also broken as they’re made of cheap plastic. Nothing like what was advertised. Funnily enough, the advert on Facebook has also disappeared.
About to open up a case with PayPal for a refund for the full amount. Saw this page and am now horrified that Paypal has not stopped payments going to this scam company after so many reports!

I ordered what was described as a pair of blue tinted bifocal reading glasses from this company. When they arrived they were just a very poor pair of ordinary glasses, not blue tinted and certainly not bifocal .
After placing the order i received a tracking note saying that the package was being posted from USA and was on its way to Seattle airport . Next day the package arrived via Royal Mail and had been posted in Reading UK. I complained to the company and they insisted that I had received the correct item and it had been forwarded from their office in China to their UK agent. No way could this arrive so quickly from China and where did the tracking from Seattle fit in!
I opened a case with PayPal and they are sending me a refund for the full amount. The advert on Facebook has disappeared.

Incorrect sizing of Bras

I ordered pack 2 bras for £19.00. ordered my normal size bit I couldnt even get the clasps to meet at the back.
Cannot find any way of contacting them to return.

What I received was a single string of LED lights measuring 6 feet and a 4 inch remote control. NOT AS DESCRIBED!

The item WAS REPRESENTED as a Multicolor LED Animated Outdoor Christmas Tree Lightshow. The seller included ON HIS AD, a video of a 6.5 lighted Christmas Tree with the ability to program the tree with a remote. The video further portrayed a 6 FOOT Christmas tree frame, multiple strands of lights for the compilation of a lighted Christmas tree that alternated between multiple "light show" modes.

I do not agree that I should have to forfeit money to foreign entities who prey on customers through false advertisements of products for sale on Facebook in particular.

In addition, PayPal is well aware of this scam, as my research has revealed numerous testimonies wherein PayPal patrons have REPORTED Adah Technologies Co. Limited (bigdeal4days.com), yet PayPal continues to allow them to conduct business. In on SCAM?

I never received the Christmas Tree Lightshow advertised.

I demand a full refund of $50.03 due to the fact that the advertisement was false, No indication of size was disclosed until after PayPal deducted funds from my account and PayPal IS aware that this company operates fraudulently.

Advertised as large beautiful book read by family holding the book together. All lit up with music. When arrived Eventually was tiny and very poor quality falling apart when removed from wrapping?

ADAH TECHNOLOGY also selling as EQUALNATURAL, total SCAM

The Equalnatural website and Facebook ad looks total legit. Facebook ad has over 1000 comments, including replies by Equalnatural. So I bought 3 products (rock climber statues). First red flag was that PayPal confirmation came from ADAH Technology Co. Ltd. 2nd red flag was that the Paypal charge was more than my confirmation charge. The difference was a huge OVERCHARGE for state sales tax. Upon web search, I discovered that Adah is total scam operating under a few different websites. Seems that PayPal should do more to vet their sellers. Has anyone successfully received a refund from PayPal for purchases from this fraudulent company?

Also duped by outdoor LED Christmas tree scam

I, too, fell for the outdoor LED Christmas tree scam. I was lured by the video of the outdoor LED Christmas trees with the 50% off sale posted by Takeoutlovely. I went to their website and ordered 16ft and 32ft outdoor LED Christmas trees with expedited shipping at a total cost of $101. The ordering page clearly indicated what was being sold were outdoor LED Christmas trees with lighting effects. Nowhere did it say I would only be receiving single strands of LED lights. But that’s exactly what I received in the mail a few days before Christmas. I received two small boxes containing 16ft and 32ft copper strands of LED lights with remote controls for changing the lighting modes. Not the full LED Christmas trees advertised. I knew right away I had been scammed. I emailed the company requesting to return the LED lights for a full refund and was denied. I was told I received the products I ordered. So I opened a claim with PayPal. Adah Technology responded to my claim saying I could receive a refund if I mailed the items back to China at my expense! Definitely a stall tactic. I doubt I would have received the refund from them had I mailed the lights to China. That would take weeks. By that time it would be too late to receive a refund from PayPal. Thankfully, I received an email from PayPal late yesterday that my case was closed in my favor. I will be receiving the full refund without having to send the cheap LED lights back to China! Lesson learned. Don’t fall for those alluring deals on Facebook. I’m surprised Facebook and PayPal allow these rip-off Chinese companies to use their services.

I ordered a pair of boots from this company , what I got was nothing like I thought I’d ordered , plus they were much larger ,contacted them , they said because there was nothing wrong with item they would not refund so got on to PayPal & although they have got me a full refund I am still out of pocket by £16 postage sending them back tracked & signed for as they said I must to get my refund

Ordered a Christmas tree lightshow and spent a total of $97 and received a string of copper wires led lights, that I could buy here for around $8. I sent numerous emails requesting a full refund but each email bounced back to me. I researched and found an email address for Adah technology sent a message requesting a refund ( by this time I was livid) because they scammed me out of my hard earned cash. They replied saying I got what I ordered no I didn't. So after 3 or 4 emails I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute. Adah quickly replied if I returned the "String of Lights" sent them proof of postage they would refund me immediately. I did this and before I had a chance to escalate the case through PayPal it was closed. I am now fighting to have the case reopened. The anxiety this has caused me is shocking, I'm jumpy, my nerves are shot, can't sleep and my concentration levels are at an all time low. It's not just about the money it's mostly about being scammed by them and stopping them from getting away with it. Something needs to be done to stop these people and PayPal needs to stop allowing them to use their service to scam people. Also Facebook needs to be more alert as to who is advertising (Sponsored) on open Facebook pages.

Definitely reopen the case with PayPal. I also was scammed by the same company takeoutlovely through their Facebook video of the outdoor LED Christmas trees. Ordered 16ft and 32ft outdoor LED trees and ended up receiving single strands of cheap LED lights like you. I did file a case with PayPal and yesterday they closed it in my favor. I should be receiving a full refund within 5 days. I’m shocked your outcome was different. PayPal must know by now this company is ripping everyone off and giving refunds to everyone who files cases. And ban Adah Technology from using PayPal!

I ordered from what was a UK company a pair of boots started off being £26.00 then went to £42.00 I ask for a refund and ended pay £36.00 after a long wait from the US when the boots arrived they were wrong colour and a copy of the boots advertised.
I asked for a full refund and was offered £3.00 the £6.00 . I opened a dispute with Paypal and then a return address was sent with 2 conditions I returned item and sent proof of postage, Another scam the incomplete returns address they would never received the item and I would never get a refund all info given to paypal they can not sort it

I bought as they advertised, buy one get one free 16.4 feet multi color LED animated outdoor light Christmas and I spent $87.96 and received 2 small LED strip lights. They send false shipping information claiming the product is coming from England when product is actually coming from China. After complaint with PayPal they offer me a $10.00 refund.It is a scam company that I do not understand how Paypal offers its service before checking the background of these Chinese companies as I unfortunately did too late. I'm going to continue filling a complaint Federal Trade Commission to investigate this company and prevent this from happening.

Christmas Lights Scam

I purchased an illuminated christmas tree according to their website description but instead I received 4 small christmas lights small as the size of a matchbox with the most poor and cheap quality. I paid $152.06 dollars. This was not only a waste of money but time as well specially for the hollydays. I need my money back. Remote control velicoraptor

I ordered a remote control velicoraptor that I saw on Facebook for my son. What I received was a small hard rubber velicoraptor toy statue that only it's jaw moves. But according to the tracking number I was given it's still in Missoula, Montana. Pissed.
