False Advertising

They advertised buy one get one free 16 feet LED Christmas Light Tree and I spent $87.00. Communication was horrible and hard to understand. They sent me 2 small LED strip lights. Unbelievable. They had the audacity to offer a $4.00 refund. Horrible that companies can get away with this kind of stuff. I will fight this to the end.

Purchased 2 Christmas Hanging Baskets for $65.95. When I received them, they were card board cut outs of the baskets. I notified them and they said that is what I ordered.
This company is Falsify Advertisement and should be reported to Facebook and Paypal as a Scam. I did not know it came from China. I would like a refund, as these things are useless.

I am glad I'm not the only one dissatified with this so called company. I also ordered two Christmas hanging baskets and received cardboard cut outs for $65.95!. I notified them, with pictures, they came back and said that is what I ordered. Bull [censored]. This is a total scam. They should be reported to facebook and to Paypal for falsify their advertisement. This is a total scam.

I wish I would have checked out this site before I ordered two pre-lite hanging Christmas baskets. Did not know they were coming from China. Ordered 11/1 finally on 12/10 I received package. What a joke. Cardboard cut-outs of hanging baskets. I am going to pursue through PayPal.

Order some expandable fencing with faux ivy. Waited two months tracking said it was I USA but never picked up for delivery, then they said reshipped smaller pkgs. reported to PayPal took three weeks to get response from PayPal. These where 4 foot x 8 foot panels right ordered 12 finally ago 3 pkg dropped off at door that where damaged measured 15inch x10inches really ? And damaged pkg. took pictures never opened them tried to contact them website goes blank when links are pressed. PayPal denied claim said was delivered I am still disputing it going around PAyPal now directly with Discover card never again Beware

I wish I had of googled this prior, I just received my purchase of a motion Harry Potter sorting hat ornament and what a shock, it's a solid object that does not move, and possibly the most cheaply made object in the world. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING! The order also took a month and a half to arrive and even though it says it's from the USA, it's very clearly stated it's from China on the box.

The worst scam I've ever experienced. Ordered a Korogu set (Zelda game small statues). Within a few minutes after purchasing and researching the company (Adah Technology) I realized that this was definitely a scam. First red flag: they couldn't even follow terms that they've stated on their website. Their website said that orders can be cancelled as long as it's cancelled within 24 hours after purchase. I emailed them to cancel it but they said the warehouse has already packed the order. Their customer service also used the same answer over and over again, probably an automated message.
Second red flag: after the order has supposedly "shipped", I was sent a link to track the shipment. The tracking website is so obviously fake and provided no contact information at all. I tried tracking using the tracking number provided on other websites and of course couldn't find the shipment.
I waited for more than a month and the order never arrived at all. I filed a dispute on Paypal and they were quick to reply to Paypal that my order has indeed been delivered to me. They gave a tracking number to Paypal that was entirely different than the one that they gave me after purchase. This time, the tracking number is real, and registered to the Swedish post office. Paypal resolved the case in the seller's favor.
However, after I contacted the post office, this tracking number was not even addressed to my name or my address, only that it had the same destination city. The post office then recommended me to tell PayPal to contact them so that they can prove that this new "real" tracking number is not meant for me. I contacted Paypal again and asked them to reopen the case with this new information. Paypal apologized for not looking closely into the tracking number which turned out to be invalid. A day later, Paypal finally granted me a full refund and resolved the case in my favor.
This has been the most stressful experience I've had and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Please, PLEASE, stay away from SmileMouth or anything associated with this online shop (like their company Adah Technology which is the name that's registered on Paypal). They do 0 work on trying to get your order to you, and do their absolute best to make sure that Paypal resolves the case in their favor. I'm glad Paypal eventually sided with me.

ordered 31st July a Halloween Scarcrow with sound. looked great.cost AU $89.97 still waiting in Sept for it to arrive in Australia. Got tracking info that it was coming from America and supposedly arrived in Australia about 3 weeks ago. Have contacted them and they are saying waiting for more info from carrier. . looks like we have been scammed as well. We didn't know it was from a Chinese company till checked paypal-wish i had known- Paypal should have some responsibility to weed out these scams you would think .

I ordered a set of outdoor lights from Adah Technology and they arrived after about 10 weeks and many emails of chasing, they stopped working approx 3 weeks after putting them up and contacted them for a refund. They wrote back to me under an email address of [email protected] stating they would give me a full refund of $91.79 once i sent them the returns package details (which i had to pay for). After i did this they suddenly went quiet and after 16 follow up emails i assume they are not interested in refunding me my money and i hope that someone finds them and takes them to court for all the false promises and fake cheap goods they try to sell you.

A lesson learned for myself is never to purchase anything from China directly. Adah Technology you are just a BIG SCAM and people need to know about your actions...?

I ordered two products - beautiful metal art leaves for outdoor decor, and also stained glass suncatcher to display in in a pretty vase. I kept getting shipping tracker updates that showed the stuff came from Denmark and very slowly made their way here. What I received was far from what was advertised.They were a cheaply made disappointment and I was out about $100. And of course there seems to be no way to contact them about a refund! Ordering anything from advertisements on FB is a huge risk. Never again.

This is a scam. I bought some clothes from alloverfun.com. and used my PayPal account to pay for my purchase. The charge posted on my PayPal account as Adah Technology Co.,Limited. They sent me a fake tracking number. Then they sent a different package to a random person in my zip code and told PayPal the package was delivered. I got proof from the post office that the package was not sent to my address or even addressed to me. I won the case and reported Alloverfun.com and Adah Technology Co.,Limited for fraud. They are now flagged as scammers and the Federal Trade Commission is investigating. I will make sure that this is less likely to happen to anyone else!

I am happy for you. However, I wish I had seen this about 30days ago. Ordered some large foam letters from them through Paypal same thing fake invoice number and everything. Just asked PayPal to help refund me today. Waiting on the outcome. Next time I want to order something believe me I will be doing extensive research on the company. I guess it's true what my sister said... Amazon is the safe way to go!

I ordered a pair of shoes from them back on 25th April 2021 still waiting to this day from them. Given a false tracking number,. Contacted them an said my item was in my our local post office sorting office, at this stage that was 25 days ago. Total scammers I lost €44 over this. Saw the advert on facebook,dident check out the the reviews and it was terrible, unfortunately I dident check them at the time. STAY, STAY, Stay, well away from this scam company and save your money

This is a bait and switch scam. They advertised a beautiful, real stained glass suncatcher. You pay through PayPal. The confirmation email includes the picture of the stained glass suncatcher. They send false shipping information claiming the product is coming from Italy. ([email protected]) The product is actually coming from China. It is not a real stained glass suncatcher but a picture of the stained glass suncatcher printed on a piece of plastic. Also, four inches smaller than the advertised product.
