I bought two airline tickets to kentunck, on 10/21/22 and did not receive the reservation number, until I called the airline and asked for the reservation number to checkin I was informed that I had to pay another $370 to get my reservation , as the amounts were readjusted, I immediately requested the cancellation of my tickets and the refund of the amount paid, they informed me that I would receive the amount in 28 days, this never happened, I kept in touch and every time I received the information that I would have my money in 10 or 15 days, but I've been waiting for 2 months and I never got my money back.

I purchased an airline ticket on 9/11/2022 for $242.98 for a Spirit Airlines flight from Orlando to Pittsburgh. When I had not received my e-ticket within a week, I called the company. I was told they would issue it closer to the flight time. I called one week prior to my flight and they told me the price had gone up $100.00. I had no choice but to pay it or cancel my flight. I was told, at that time, that a refund for my original ticket would be issued. I have been calling and emailing every week trying to get my refund. They kept telling me that it would be issued later that week. This happened four weeks in a row with processing problems every time. This week, I have been sending emails every day but receiving no response. Today, I tried to call. No answer. I tried the website. Both are closed so I guess I will be out $242.98!

I booked a flight on 9/11/2022. I was charged $242.98. When my e-ticket did not arrive within a week, I called them and was told they would send it closer to my flight time. It did not arrive and I called one week before my flight. They then told me the price has changed and charged me again. I was told that my refund for the original price would be refunded. It was not. I have been contacting them repeatedly and have been told every week that the refund was being processed later that week. NOT! I have still not received my refund and now their phone and website have been shut down. Very costly trip!

I booked a WestJet flight on Saturday May 7, 2022. I received an email right away and realized that I was paying US dollars. I phoned and cancelled right away. They stated that they would cancel the booking with no cancellation fee. That they had submitted a refund request, to be refunded back to my original form of payment. That in rare occasions this may to up to one or two billing cycles to reflect on my credit card.

I phoned several times over the last few months and always was told that the money would refunded to my credit card. After several attempts they would answer and I was put on hold and then the line would go dead. I tried emailing them and the email ([email protected]) would not go through.

I had to reschedule a flight with Airborn July 28, 2022. An email from the company said the original flight would be refund to my bank card. After many calls to said company no refund.

Booked to go see our granddaughter and celebrate our daughter-in-laws birthday but our seats were cancelled 24 hours before and when I called Westjet they confirmed that yes they were indeed cancelled buy I could still go if I was willing to pay 4 times a much for the flight. Contacted Airbourne again they stated I would receive a refund to my credit card within 2 billing cycles. That was June 23rd. this is now October 17th and nothing. I have called and been hung up on multiple times, I've also been told the refund was going to be on my card by Friday multiple times. I have asked for a supervisor to call me multiple times and nothing. This agency should be reported to the BBB and also the airline companies should not allow this company to use their flights and compromise the reputation. This company has stolen money from all of us and are fraudulent in the serviced they have offered.

We booked a flight with AirborneTraveler.com. Never received a ticket. Credit card was charged $845. We were informed that the flight was canceled three days before the flight and that we would receive a refund in 6-8 weeks. We have not received a refund. If there is any sort of class-action lawsuit or legal action that we can take, I would appreciate hearing about it.

J’aimerais signaler un cas de fraude et/ou de vol contre les revendeurs de billets d’avion MyFlight Search et son subsidiaire AirbornTraveler .
Le 21 juin j’achète deux billets d’avion pour Montréal vers Tampa pour un départ prévu le 29/10/22. Dans la minute qui suit la somme de 830.39$ est payée avec ma carte MasterCard CIBC. Dans les minutes qui suivent j’annule ces billets car j’ai trouvé des billets moins chers. On me confirme le remboursement sur ma carte de crédit. Plus de 100 jours plus tard, malgré des dizaines de mails et de conversations téléphoniques aux Indes et des promesses, j’attends toujours et je me rends bien compte qu’on m’a volé mon argent.
Le 16-06-22 j’ai aussi acheté 2 billets pour le 16/05/23 pour un retour de Barcelone vers Montréal avec Air Transat pour la somme de 745.94$. Je n’ai jamais reçu à ce jour de Etickets comme confirmation et après vérification avec Air Transat, aucune réservation n’a été faite à notre nom. J’ai bien l’impression qu’on nous a volé cette somme d’argent également. Je veux donc dénoncer ces bandits de grand chemin. Ces compagnies se spécialisent dans des fraudes à grande échelle et doivent être dénoncées d’autant plus que nous n’avons aucun recours. Elles utilisent un simulacre de service à la clientèle qui utilisent les mêmes messages informatisés en réponse à nos questions. De l’Inde des agents insolents nous raccroche la ligne, promettent toujours de nous rappeler et de nous rembourser mais rien n’arrive même après plus de trois mois. Nous sommes des personnes âgées et nous n’avons pas les moyens de perdre 1575$ au profit de ces escrocs.
Avons-nous des recours pour récupérer cette somme et surtout, il faut absolument cesser ce genre d’activités frauduleuses.

I booked a flight with them.I thought it was a Canadian company and realized within 5 minutes it was American or so I thought.They said they would refund the Money and it has been 3 months and I have not received anything.I have phoned many times, I get put on hold, hung up on, promises of payment.this a scam!,

I purchased 2 roundtrip airfare tickets for Frontier Airline through AirBorn Traveler on Sept 15, 2022. The ticket was for my husband and I to fly from BWI to LAS from 10/22-26. Payment was processed a few days later. When I called Frontier on September 29th they said there was no ticket purchased under our names. My daughter recorded the call with Frontier, and during the conversation the agent said 3rd party buyers usually get confirmation of their tickets 30 minutes to 72 hours after they've book with the 3rd party agent, which in our case was weeks longer than normal. My daughter and I then called AirBorn Traveler and they said they could not buy the tickets because there were no more seats, so they would have to change us over $700 for new tickets since they said the

flight was more expensive now. My daughter checked current tickets through Frontier for the exact the same flight and time and it was still the same cost and had plenty of open seats. They didn't inform me that the tickets were not bought and had I not checked in with the airline I may not have known that tickets were not purchased even though they already had my money for weeks. The email even says "Congratulations! Your flight has been booked." My daughter informed the agent from AirBorn Traveler that she was recording this entire conversation, so they offered us a refund with a notice via email. I then proceeded to try to call the fraud department at my bank, however, it was closed for the evening. Upon looking online I see that many people went through the same thing. Some were even at the airport on the day of their flight and the AirBorn Traveler agent told them that their flight was conveniently cancelled but they didn't inform them. Others have been waiting on a refund for the same situations as ours for over three months. Andy, the AirBorn Traveler agent we talked to said it would take up to 21 days. Mind you he was the third one we talked to because the first three calls kept dropping in the middle of the conversation. Others reported that they've had to call week after week to get a refund and they just keep saying it will come in 7-10 more business days. They have bad reviews on Facebook and Trust Pilot and many other websites. All the sites say the same thing — SCAM.

SCAMMERS : Received cancellation confirmation via email on July 9, 2022; that I would receive the refund ($361.71) within one (1) billing cycle. To this date (09/15/2022) haven’t received it. I call & email every other day to no avail. Each time I am told to expect the refund within 7 to 10 days. Am afraid I’ll never get it! This company should be shut down! SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS

Went on to West Jet sight to book a ticket, and paid for it on May 6th, 2022. On May 9th, 2022 I received an email saying they would refund my money without a cancellation charge. I have called numerous times and sent emails. They give me the run around each time telling me my refund is in the que.

I booked a plane ticket from Toronto to Montreal but cancelled 10 minutes after booking it. Airborn traveler sent me confirmation of the cancellation and told me they were going to refund me few days later. After many emails, phone calls and many excuses, I never received any refund.

I had no choice but to contact my credit card company who informed me that they would not had been able to dispute the claim if I contact them after 3 months of the transaction. I am glad I contact the credit card company after 2 1/2 months of useless and futile communication with Airborn.
Be aware of this fraudulent company!

I booked a flight through this website in May 2022. I didn’t receive my ticket confirmation after a week and emailed them. They tried to triple the price of the tickets so I cancelled and demanded a refund. Now after 4 months they have still not returned my money and keep giving me a run around.

Booked a ticket for my brother-in-law to surprise my husband for his birthday. Charged me twice for the same ticket. Called for a refund and got hung up on 8 times. When I talked to someone they said I have to send it my bank statements to prove they double charged me. When I said it should so on their system I was hung up on. I hope these people rot in hell!

In May I booked a travel from Orlando to Manchester. When I accepted they change the date and took my money. I immediately called them and canceled to get a refund. They said it would take 28 days. I have called every day and sent emails I get the same email back saying they have escalated my claim and it would be back to me in a few days but it never comes. When I talk to Customer service they tell me my refund will be back to me in a couple days or either they tell me it has been refunded and I should be seeing it in my bank account in a couple days but it never happens. The last couple days I have asked for a supervisor to call me they said that one was guaranteed be calling me within 24 hours but they never do. How can we put these people out of business and get our refund. I think with all the reviews I’ve seen about refunds that I’m gonna call the state attorneys office in Florida and see what I can get done.Maybe I’ll call Morgan and Morgan and see if they can help.

Bought 2 round trip ticket 2 days before the flight I checked on the boarding information and was told My flight was cancelled as about my refund has been getting the runaround ever sense. Looking to get a lawyer for thid.

Company is a scam (Is there not an option for ZERO stars?) These people, whoever they are, are CRIMINALS! I had booked thru them in March 2022, they cancelled my flights early April. This is So awful! I had to rebuy entire trip! that turned out really EXPENSIVE for me due to last minute purchase. I have called them so many times! I have emailed so many times. It is now August! What can I do? I was told that I would get my refund back in 28 business days and I still haven’t received my refund yet. I need advice on how to deal with this fake company. I basically want my money back. Airborne has not reimbursed me the US$630.28 they owe me [Thats Canadian $ CAD 826.47]. DO NOT EVER use this service!

Booked a flight in June 2022 through Airborntraveler.com
for Contour Airlines. Flight was cancelled hours before it was time for wheels up.
Neither Airborn or Contour take responsibility. Airborn is falling back on "policy" and Contour is stating a 3rd party is responsible. Glad I'm only out a hundred or so.
