I am so mad that I was scamed by this cheapflight.com. Don't know what to do now or if I can afford another flight to Calgary from Hamilton Ontario on the same day I thought I was booked to fly out with West Jet. There is no such flight booked for me. So frustrated and so pissed off. Don' t ever trust this sight. they will scam you and you will have no flight booked.

A week before I received an email saying I had to contact them within 24 hours due to changes with my flight or I would have my ticket cancelled and refunded.
Called 7 times before I was finally able to get ahold of an agent who told me my flight was cancelled and I would have to rebook a new flight with them for an additional $450. I booked with a separate airline and then called to cancel my ticket and get refunded.
Months later I have not been refunded and their emails back claim they do not have a booking with my email registered…
They are a scam
It’s ok Jack though…your reward is waiting for you when you die and see The Lord….to Hell you go for eternity. Payback is so sweet!
Type of a scam Travel/Vacations
In checking my e-mail and credit card statement I saw that I was "booked" 3 times, twice on e-mail and once on my credit card, I was able to reverse the charge on the card but it is "disputed".
It appears the whole operation is a neat way to "borrow" money, interest free, until the charge is disputed. I don't understand how I was connected to Airborntraveler.com, I thought at the time it was an arm of Spirit. It would be nice if that was corrected so I would get who I intended to get connected to.
Thanks for the service, Jack

Feb 18 Used Kayak to buy two airline tickets with Spirit Airlines
An email arrives saying that tickets have been booked with Airborntraveler for the price of $605.96 Booking number ABON618812 and that e-tickets would be sent electronically as soon as the credit card purchase was approved.
After calling to inquire about the e-tickets, the tickets still did not arrive even though the charge was on my credit card.
Feb 24 The third time Airborntraveler was called about not receiving the e-tickets, the agent stated that the price of the tickets had increased by $240.82. With hotel and rental car already purchased, I agreed to the price increase. The original booking number of ABON618812 was cancelled with no refund for the original cost of $605.96.
On the same day, the booking confirmation email was received with a new booking number of TRI784958 with a stated cost of $846.78.
Feb 25 e-tickets arrived electronically with a PNR No: TTOZDY and airline confirmation number of XKPHXA.
Feb 26 Spirit Airlines was contacted soon thereafter to verify the above information. The agent stated that I had been scammed and that the actual cost of those tickets when reissued on Feb 24 was only $482.36. When the agent heard that I was paying $846.78 for the same tickets, he said I needed to cancel the flight and that he would refund me the real amount of the tickets ($482.36). He then noticed that the flight from St Louis to Florida was charged to my Visa card for the amount of $214.18 but that the return tickets were charged to two different credit cards ( Discover card and a Visa card) owned by someone by the name of Neha Gulaty. The airline confirmation number on the Discover card was BN2CSR and the Visa card was XK267N.
My Visa credit card was credited $241.18 for the outgoing flight but there was no credit for the return flight since that flight was charged to someone else’s credit card. Spirit could not refund the money for the return flight since it was not on my credit card.
March 9 After calling contacting Airborntraveler several times to plead my case, the email was sent stating that “a refund request had been submitted for the amount of $605.96 to be refunded back to your original form of payment” and that it could take 14 business days (March29). The refund never occurred with my inquiries being ignored. That is when a dispute was lodged with Commerce Bank #113528.

I purchased two tickets departing on 6.23.22 and returning on 6.30.22 for a $1,153.64. I waited for the e-tickets to be emailed. E-Tickets never arrived. Called company last week to have them emailed again. Gentleman I spoke with confirmed my email and said he will resend. Email never arrived.
Called Frontier Airlines and the 'Flights' were fake.
I was notified by my bank of possible fraudulent activity taken place at a Chipotle in Illinois after this scam took place. Bank was able to dishonor the payment. Seeing how THIS site was a scam, now I know how they used my debit card in Illinois.
Took Reservation, charge card $1645 never sent e-ticket then cancelled with 1 week notice
"Dear Passenger, We regret to inform you that your booking has been canceled and amount had been refunded
The amount is already refunded in the original form of payment and you should have the funds in a maximum of 21 to 28 business days from now. We request you to kindly make an alternate travel arrangement We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Thanks and regards, Customer Service"
I called them first thing on May 31, 22 and spoke with an "Adwin" in customer service. He apologized - said that the ticket never was confirmed. I asked about rescheduling - he said that the price for that flight for first class had gone up to over $3000. (I was online looking at the American Airlines Website and I see that first class has gone up to $2200 from $1645 now for the same exact flight) but told "Adwin" that shouldn't matter because I booked on 4-11-22. He apologized but couldn't explain why my reservation didn't go through, (I paid it on my Alaskan Miles Credit Card, and then paid that amount back in full already) and he couldn't explain why my card was charged if there was no confirmed reservation. He seemed to think that the email on 5/29/22 was sufficient notification. I asked to speak to his supervisor. He said that he could pass along the message. I asked when the supervisor would call me back. He said within 4 hours. I'm still waiting and it's been 3 hours. I called my Alaska Card and disputed the charge. They said that wasn't satisfactory treatment. I had the option to report the charge as fraudulent however, that would necessitate issuing a new card and I needed the card to make NEW FREAKING RESERVATIONS!
Flying East to meet my new Grand-daughter and help out my Daughter whose a first time Mom and my Son-in-law is active duty navy corpsman @ Camp Lejeune. I wasn't paying attention when I booked through this place. I really thought that I was booking through American as Alaska doesn't fly into Wilmington NC.

emails to Airborn Travelers weekly and the response is were working on you refund.
Now I'm in contact with Chase bank. I saved all of the emails and I have the confirmation that they sent, when they were suppose to have purchased my ticket.
