Website advertises and shows photos of Celine handbag (nano luggage tote, specifically). I purchased this, and it has multiple scuffs and is clearly a fake item. The letters are not even in a straight line which is not the same item they are advertising. Their website clearly states it will accept damaged items back. Despite me showing photos of the damages as well as screenshots of their return policy, they refuse to refund me or even exchange for something different. Email thread is available for review if needed.
