Type of a scam Online Purchase

I have made a very substantial transaction with the owner of this business over a year and a half ago. I was told not too long after the date of the purchase that it would take 6 months to a year for the custom grafted plants to be ready for shipping. I am well past that period of time and have made countless attempts to get ahold of the individual with no results of returned communication to date. He initiates sales on a forum site and I have found some fairly recent posts from individuals that also have done transactions with him and they are experiencing the same issue. Considering the immense amount of time that has passed, the numerous amount of times I have tried to get ahold of him and he hasn't responded. And also considering the fact that he still hasn't sent me the paid for goods, nor has he sent me a refund, this man is a thief and a liar and SHOULD be in jail! I can only imagine just how many people he has ripped off and HAVEN'T taken the time and effort to publicly speak up about it!
