To whom may concern,I'm currently living in Romania from the US. I purchased the item but my credit card shows the company that I purchased the item from is from the address I've given.I bought a pen that records video and I was told it has to be bound to the app before it can be used on its own when you press the button.I did and it doesn't record anything.I tried every way.Asked seller to show me which he wouldn't.I made videos showing what I was doing. My issue is more with the staff at the site.I went through the process and gave them proof and was repeatedly told my money is safe with them and they kept telling me I didn't return item in timely matter in which I never chose the option too .They continue to hassle me with spam emails saying the same thing and this is after sending proof that the item is defective.I spoke with numerous agents and they just kept wasting my time and sending the same thing over and over and closed the case and said they already sent my money to the seller and the seller wanted me to pay for a defective item shipment back to him .They want me to send a product that they clearly saw doesn't work back to seller for him to confirm after me offering live video and recorded video of it not working. They want me to send him the product he has numerous amounts of and then have them decline and keep the product and steal my money. These people are scammers and flaunting there illegal tactics. If you need proof.I can have it sent to you as well.Anything for you to post these scam artists and shut them down. They seem to find it funny not having there location and just laughing by sending notifications in the same way.Like it's some joke.I don't know who the [censored].Excuse my language these people think they are.I understand there a large company but there should be a way to have them punished like everyone else is if we would do the same. Thanks

I purchased an item for $200 on Aliexpress and the item was never delivered. When I asked Aliexpress to step in and help me get me money back they were useless. I told them when I spoke to Fedex they said the tracking number that the seller gave me was not for my address. When I asked Aliexpress to step in they did nothing to help me. They kept asking me to prove it was not delivered to me. I told them that when I asked Fedex for proof that it was not delivered to me, Fedex said only the seller can ask for that information. So I asked Aliexpress to call Fedex and they will tell you that the item was not delivered to my address. But Aliexpress did nothing they refused to call Fedex and just kept saying that I had to prove it to them. I will never purchase anything from Aliexpress again. I am finding out that there are many scammers on Aliexpress so be careful if you are thinking of buying something on there site, they will not help you at all.

Aliexpress its an online shopping platform were global vendors can setup a store to sell worldwide. Unfortunately their claim and refund system has a loophole that is being exploited by some vendors; They setup several stores selling cheap articles so their ratings with Aliexpress are good, but at the same time they place a few expensive items that are used with the scam. When a buyer purchase one of the expensive items, the vendor ships something inexpensive to a wrong address and wrong attention name, but on the same city/town of the buyer, that way they get from carrier a positive "delivered" confirmation. So when the buyer asks about the expensive article they just said it was delivered and they have proof. Aliexpress has a procedure to make a claim, but their personnel following up the claim does not contact carrier to confirm that it was shipped to the correct person and address, they just saw the "Delivered" letter from the vendor and reject the claim to the buyer. I know it is a tactic and not a unique case because I looked at the reviews this store inside aliexpess has, and found several buyers explaining exactly the same situation as mine. I went further and investigated other stores selling this specific item and looked at their reviews and exactly the same situation was reported there. The item I purchased is a ASY-368-X48 air conditioner soft starter, created by Micro-air a US company. The store I used to buy it under Aliexpress was named FWFour which shipped from Talahasse, Florida, using FedEx tracking number ************ . So if you contact FedEx by phone or on the website they will confirm that the shipment with that tracking number was not under my name or my address, and they cannot provide more information because I am not the owner of the shipment neither the recipient.

Other stores inside Aliexpress using same tactics based on other customers reviews are: Bueatyhome Store among others. Despite Aliexpress has a policy of customer protection, this loophole does not prevent the protection of customers like me, and situation can continue because they can close one store, but vendors can open several others and continue with same tactics.

I purchased stuff from Ali Express. Their customer service is extremely poor. The sellers are worse than that, I feel like a gang of thieves running this business. I got stuff not useable, neither of quality as described. Now, even though returned the stuff, not received my refund. They're scammers to loot the US consumers!!! be watchful. I would request that they get block in the US.

I received a defective product . I reach out to the seller and customer service chat support and I did not received anything in return. No replacement or refund. No updates. I have a video as an evidence and still its not enough. I just lost my money. Do not buy a Doogee brand of gadget. You'll end up wasting money.

I ordered a black stone grill with stand and hood and propane tank adapter hose on the AliExpress website. The tracking info was not legitimate. I never received anything. They sent a notice saying it was delivered but it was not and the info given led nowhere. I had to go to PayPal twelve times over three weeks to get my money refunded when they finally contacted FedEx who confirmed there had been no such delivery. I knew it would be that simple because I receive FedEx and UPS deliveries multiple times a week and know how legitimate tracking and delivery are handled. Most people just give up. That is why I use PayPal but, honestly, it has become almost as difficult to get a refund with them as it is without. That defeats the purpose does it not? They need to make it easier, clearer, quicker and report each and every fraud no matter how small. It must me addressed it is completely out of control and getting worse every day. I was defrauded years ago by a bank employee for over $100,000 and it was documented in statements clear as day. Had I not had statements, as you are encouraged to do, I would have been unable to prove it. I was blocked from accessing my account of eight years and they took a check in from the IRS that was my refund, yet claimed the account did not exist! It took almost a year to get it worked out countless hours and I don’t know how much money lost. There is NO ONE who has not been defrauded. I was told by the FBI and FTC that “it wasn’t enough to investigate. There’s too much fraud for anything under 1M to be investigated.” I wonder if their $999,999 would be worth investigating. What is it now $10M? The financial, legal and court systems of this country and its states make it a playground for abuse and fraud, many times by the people and institutions who’s role it is to protect people from just that. Not only do they do it knowing it is wrong and illegal, they profit from doing it as well. When someone says “they can’t do that” I respond “they can’t by law, but they do, just because they can, and they know that 99.9% of people either don’t know or won’t put themselves through what it would take to fight it, and then, likely lose despite eight and wrong or legal and illegal.” It’s just not about that anymore.

I went online and ordered a play tent for my niece. They say they sent it out and gave it to my neighbor...which makes no sense because everything goes to the front desk.. I never received it.

I placed an order on AliExpress.com on 2/7/24, which is in China. The next morning 2/8/24, the tracking info was updated to say my order was delivered. I was surprised because that’s less than a one business day turnaround and I didn’t get expedited shipping. Turns out the tracking info says it was delivered to the wrong address. It was delivered to a NJ address but my order was placed with my Cali address. I reached out to AliExpress immediately, I provided all the evidence such as order receipt and tracking information however, they refused to refund me even though they have all the evidence that I was scammed. Be aware of ordering from them because they will take your money and even though they say Buyer Protection, you will not get your refund back. I’m going to dispute with my credit card company as well, but beware of AliExpress they allow scammers to scam good buyers like myself and potentially many others because they are abroad. No accountability and no recourse except filing a complaint with the BBB.

I bought (4) dresses through the AliExpress app. When purchasing them I made sure to check if the seller had any return policy’s more stringent than the company’s (which is 30 day refund unless seller states otherwise). The sellers page did not include any information about their return policy or the fact they don’t accept them. Two of the dresses were horrible quality and did not look like the pictures, I was told that my reasons were not adequate to return the dresses. The other 2 dresses did not arrive. I am now being told that they will not refund or send a replacement and it is my responsibility to reach out to the shipping company (which is not provided as no tracking information was provided) and the post office to check. When trying to contact Ali express, I am transferred to another page which is in a completely different language and no options to change it, and now I cannot get ahold of anyone. Now I have 2 unwearable dresses and out $400.

Seller claimed product would be delivered in 12 days guaranteed, after over a month they sent me an email saying the product was delivered and signed for, when absolutely nothing was delivered. I am positive of this as our house is equipped with cameras that show any and all deliveries to our house, in addition to nobody in the house having signed for any packages at all. After hours of arguing and days of waiting they denied my refund claiming I didn't have evidence of the non-existent package, in which I asked how would I prove the package had not been delivered? No reply. I then had them investigate further to reinstate my refund in which they denied it again, then promptly removed any history of my order from my account and still took my money. Luckily I contacted PayPal and they are refunding the fraudulent charge, or so they claim. Time will tell with that.

13 Items were ordered only 3 were sent. I sent them a message and got a reply "everything shipped out fine just wait a little longer". Waited three weeks, messaged them, got a reply "the order has been split should be arriving soon". Approximately 3 weeks later sent another message, reply was "having delay at customs". Contacted PayPal they said they would look into it I gave them all the details. Several days later PayPal contacted me, said they got me a full refund I just have to send the items back and when Alli Express receives them my account will be credited. Turns out they submitted it with the description "Not as described" instead of Not Received. 10 days later I get a message that it has been denied because I failed to provide them with tracking info which they never requested. I contacted Capital One They said they can help. Then a few days later Capital One says they can't cancel the transaction because more than 60 days have past.

I submit that Alli Express intentionally strung me along and delay after delay because they know if enough time passes the bank can't do anything about it. $33.00 isn't much but if a company does that to a small percentage of their huge consumer base it would add up to huge amount of money. They also know that most people won't spend dozens of hours pursuing a refund for that amount!

Ali express Let the seller scam me instead of issuing me a refund when I put in a dispute. 10 minutes after the purchase from seller. Because the seller threatened me with banning my page just for asking for a tracking number. to ban me off Ali express webpage for asking him for The tracking No# when it should have been provided automatically upon purchase checkout. I never received item and was told by AliExpress that everything would be okay everything was not okay. I disputed it through Chase Bank. The bank would not let me present my evidence of emails that I had with ali's nor my conversation but still let ali express have their evidence presented, which was a scam And then the Chase Bank told me Ali express provided compelling evidence that they Delivered my merchandise that wasn't The case They never delivered my merchandise And refuse to give me a refund. They said I had to take it up with the seller who was A scammer and the bank sided with these people please help The bank said they investigated, but they did not investigate thoroughly. All they had to do was check the weight of my product and see that it did not match the Correct shipping weight for an apollo x16 interface The bank would have seen that right there. There was a scam going on, but they didn't either. Bother to check with the delivery people so I so I filed a complaint on the bank as well.
