I previously reported this but i failed to include i lost $32 in this transaction. I purchased a hoodie with a military logo that had a white background online and had a pink background in the item i received. The drawstrings online were white, but the item i received they were red. I contacted customer service, they asked for pictures of the item and tag and shipping label. They informed me the factory said i received exactly what was online, i doubt if they ever looked at the pictures. Allstarshirts basically said you got what you got, end of story. They never replied to anymore emails, and the customer service phone is in California which goes right to voicemail. Being a military logo, assstarshirts are not too Veteran friendly either !
