I just received a call from an Eatontown NJ number and it said my account has been logged in from other sources and an Iphone

has been purchase for over 900.00 dollars and charged to my Amazon account. I do not have an amazon account. WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER....I GOT A BUSY SIGNAL.

Please be aware of this company calling you, they are calling telling you that you have a charge in my case too my Amazon account saying there is a charge for on my account from Bed Bath and Beyond stating I ordered a cell phone and they want to stop the charge wants me to open a cash app account so they can refund my money. When I told the man that I have already contacted Amazon about this they stated no such charge has been added to my account. Please be aware of these calls. I asked them to stop the phone calls he stated they will never stop calling.

The email is pretending to be from Amazon. It shows a fraudulent purchase. They just want people to call and give their information.

I recently received a package from Amazon. I am a frequent Amazon shopper so I didn’t question what it was until I opened it. It was a Meyers cleaning candle and a small package of cake plates that I did not order. I checked my Amazon orders and did not find anything. I asked around to friends and family to see if they might have sent it on accident. After a bit of research I found a charge for 18.09. I called Amazon and asked about both issues of receiving an order that I did not place and the mystery charge. Costumer service then helped me identify that the charge was for the mystery order. However, it was not on my account. The man told me that it was from another account with my email address. This made no sense to me because my account is linked with both my phone number and my email. How can someone use my email for a new account and have access to all my information. I am now worried because they have an account with my email, but also all my debit and credit cards, my name, and my address. The man with costumer service told me that he could not legally give me any more information. How does this happen? I feel like I am being lied to. The order goes back to MY email on a DIFFERENT account using MY debit card number.

Received an email with a confirmation for an order for a TV and a $6k charge to my account.........called the number to report fraud at 833-572-1660 and they said they were amazon and to verify my account with my email which i did then they hung up. I then got the correct number for amazon and changed my account..........called the 833 number and now doesnt go through

Sent a text message saying "Security Alert: You paid $2559.99 against LG 55' Smart LED TV at AMAZ0N order id _______ on 3-23-2021. If NOT you, please Contact +1-844-302-5419". Called the number and the called identified my name and address but asked for my e-mail, i told them no i will not provide that i am going to contact Amazon directly and they hung up. I checked my amazon account, there is no fraudulent activity.

It's Just Funny that This Package was being shipped, (to what looked like My Name), in Lewes, Delaware. THIS WAS NOT ME. As a matter of fact, when I told the guy on the number above, that I'd be calling my credit card after I got off of the phone with him, he said, "Oh No Sir." "You Don't Have to do a Thing." "We're going to take care of it all right here. (To which I said to myself, RED FLAG. Of COURSE They Don't Want You Calling the Credit Card Company - THAT WAY Their Transaction Will Go Through. I DID Call The Credit Card Company after getting off of the phone with him, to which I found that This Charge Was Not on My Card. But, What a Scary Situation this was - (** ******, in JACKSON, N.J.).

The message said it would ship a package to Memphis Tennessee for $1099.00 and credit card had suspicious activity.

The phone number is from Baltimore Maryland and when i called the number a foreigner answered the phone saying Amazon support.

initially, robot call about a fraudulent purchase made on my card for iPhone 11 for $1000. Requested that I press 1 to speak to a representative and he asked me to log into my play store account and not my amazon account. Got mad and I hung and called amazon to confirm no purchases has been made on my acount

Automated voice called and stated that my account will be charged $999 immediately if I don't talk to a Amazon support team member and credit card will be charged. To avoid these charges please stay online. These people always sound like they from the middle east.

Contacted by text msg and asked to click link if interested in work from home offer. Link asked for name address and DOB. Followup link asked for ss#, copy of driver license, and mother's maiden name. Offering secret shopper opportunity at $500 each time. Shop at cvs, walgreens or Walmart near me. Will also reimburse for any items purchased which are mine to keep. My response said i would not share personal info and I did not hear from them again.

I received email stating item was being mailed and it was $836.36 I called the number to cancel and was told I had to follow procedures for refund with them. At one point they told me to write the amount of $800 for refund and suddenly my account had $1,700 so I panicked now I owed Amazon so they requested I purchased two gifts cards from target or Best Buy sadly I did for $800 they took the money from gift cards and had taken my rent money and grocery money for granddaughter with cancer.
