I called the number and they said I was hacked, and the person wo made this purchase was from California. The they said, to get my money back open a URL call something like supremo.amazon website, so I did and they said my computer was hacked. They, said to get my $400 dollars back; open my email and online banking account. I did, and then the sent me an email message that said 'I accept payment to my banking account for $___, so I entered $400.
Next, they said to look at my online banking account, and I said $4400 was deposited. So, they said that I had to pay them back the difference using Best Buy gift cards, from CVS. I went to CVS and I purchased 3, $500 Best Buy Cards totaling $1500, and then I gave them The gift card number codes.
I drive back home, and I saw that me savings account money was transferred to my checking account; so I shut down my computer.
Next, I turned my computer back on and I looked at my online banking account, It didn't show the $4400 deposit. So I called the 845-617-8437 number, and they said that because I shut down my computer, they reversed the deposit payment of $4400. I asked them to refond the $1500 in gift cards. Next, they sad to open the URL supremo.amazon website; so, I did. And, they said I dont know who I mess with, I messe with Amazon, and Amazon is a big company. Then, the put a lock on my computer, and it stopped working.
I hung up the phone. The spammers callers phone numbers on my cell phone listings were
1-888-373-1969 and 1-619-413-7416.
Later, I called my credit card bank, where I made the $1500 transaction, and I told them what happened. The said they will investigate it
On 1/12/2021 the credit card bank sent a letter and said it was not fraud, and I was spammed, so I got to pay off the $1500 to my credit card.

From Live Chat. I received a text from 216-208-3335 in Ohio. Acting like they were Amazon. Telling me my account was locked and to click on a link to unlock it. I did and found out this is fraud. I want to report these people so they don't do this to anyone else. I had to freeze all my credit accounts. Can you help find them?

I don’t have an Amazon Prime account, nor do I use Visa. I did look on my account and no purchases have been made.
