Received a fax from Southland Commercial Credit stating that we had an approved line of credit that we did not request. When looking for contact information in order to request the company cease contact, the form directed me to see the website: www.pleaseunsubscribe.com which has been reported to be a scam according to your website.

I'm continuously receiving calls about an apparent loan that I was looking for I've been getting these off and on for over a year they have really hit hard here in the last few months always from a different number always this Erica Hayes robot person and Jay underwriting. No matter how many times you hit the nine to opt out you get another call back from a different number different state always the same message

I receive a minimum of 1 call a day originating from a different number and location every single time. I have opted out not less than 30 times via their automated system and too many times to count by speaking to a representative. I have threatened legal action and still receive calls every single day. They refuse to forward me to a supervisor, refuse to tell me where their corporate office is.

Scammer used a robotic voice claiming to be Erica Hayes of J Morgan underwriting. Scammer alleged I had previously applied for a $60,000 loan (I hadn't). Scammer told me to press 1 for underwriting or to call an 866 area-code number. Scammer told me to press 9 to be placed on a do-not-call list, but this does no good: the scammer continues to call me daily for months on end though I have asked to be placed on the list. By the way, I am registered on the do-not-call list offered by the Pennsylvania AG's office to no avail.

Every day, this business calls telling me that my loan has been approved but I haven’t applied for a loan. Sometimes, they call more than once a day. This is a nuisance. Make it stop.

Scammers trying to sell me a loan of up to 40,000 to pay off debt. They say they have a loan application from me but I’ve never applied for a loan before in my life. Never says the name of the company. They call from different numbers at all hours of the day.

A call that left a voice mail. No name or business. Offering an approval for a loan and they just needed some more information. Told me to call the number, opt out of approval process and press 7.

I may have been targeted as I applied for a loan last week.
