Ordered on Facebook cat quilt on 11/19; it is now 12/22, and still no quilt!! DHL tracking number provided by AmeliaQuilt is unknown to DHL. So obvious now that this is a scam, and I share empathy with all of those taken in by these thieves. I've reported to PayPal and will contact my bank next. Thanks, AQ, for teaching us all a very valuable lesson!

On December 2, 2018 I purchased items online through ameliaquilt.com. I paid with paypal, received a email stating my order had been made. They sent several emails to me from 12/2/18 - 12/10/18 offering me discounts and on saying my quilts were done and I would receive a shipping number soon. When I finally got tired of waiting and tried to find a phone number, I noticed the website was gone. Then I googled the company name and noticed a scam alert from the Oregon ScamPulse.com. I had originally saw an ad for this company on Facebook and then went to my computer to purchase the items.

I ordered a quilt from this company after seeing an advertisement on Facebook. My credit card was charged through PayPal. I have not received the product. Shipping information has stopped and no other shipping information has been given. This company's website is now down and not working. Return emails from this company are vague and automated with no information on my order. I am trying to resolve this with PayPal in hopes to get a refund for this fraudulent activity.

Through Facebook, I ordered a Dachshund quilt and an NCAA quilt neither of which every arrived. I contacted them repeatedly. I was told I would be contacted when the product shipped. I was sent a fake tracking number for DHL that showed a package leaving for shipment yet never arriving. DHL has confirmed that was a bogus tracking number. The fakers are using zen.com to act as one level of separation between them and the consumers. If you file a complaint, you get a standard response saying your complaint was filed and would be addressed and advise you to call the merchant between Mon-Fri 8-6pm but no phone number is given. All shady.

Ordered “Nurse” quilt on 7 Dec for $74.90. Received text notification the same day stating order complete and I would be notified of shipping. Credit Card was debited on 7 Dec. Received 2 emails from Bella Quilt the following week stating order was still open, but this was not the case. Followed up on 15 Dec to Amelia Quilts requesting status of order #AQ10-1591, but no answer.

I am very concerned about Amelia Quilts. I had ordered a Firefighter quilt at the beginning of the month to have by the holiday. I still have not received my product or any information that it is being shipped. On the 16th I had received an email that said it was done and they would send me the tracking information, never happened! I emailed them stating I would like to know where my product was and they said customer support would get back to me,still waiting. I just seen your alert regarding this company and all the other names it uses. How frustrating!!

On November 19, 2018, I saw an ad for a hunter's quilt on Facebook from Amelia Quilts and I ordered two. it is now 5 days before Christmas and I have not received the shipping confirmation for my order, so I returned to my original order to track it and I got an official looking document that said "we are temporarily closed to process and deliver all the previously placed orders before Christmas." and that my item was dispatched on 12/25/2018 although today is 12/19/2018.

I ordered 2 quilts on 11/20/2018 from a post on Instagram. They have taken money but have not received either quilt. I continue to get marketing emails. They do not respond to my emails which bounce to new email addresses. I did recieve an email on 12/11 that one quilt was on the way with a link to DHL shipping. I don’t think this is really shipping. Dhl status says that the package is on it’s way to DHL. Also says it only weighs 1 lb which would be a really bad quilt anyway.

This company is a SCAM. Saw company on Facebook, loved the cat quilt and ordered it back the end of November and as of today, NO QUILT. 3 emails to inquire and NO RESPONSE. Then I saw all the complaints and realized I had also been a victim if this company. Very upset!
