Type of a scam: Debt Collections

Multiple calls and voicemails were left between myself and 3 other family members for my wife for a debt that does not exist. The caller stated that her name was Madison Albright with Document and Control Services with Anderson and Associates, she stated a reference number and phone number to call back by the end of the business day (But called at 5:21pm). She stated that a notice was sent by mail 30 days ago and there was no record of my wife contacting them back, and if contact was not made by the end of the day, that legal action would be taken, and that my wife has been notified. I have personally settled my wife's debt with the bank, from my personal account more than 10-11 years ago. We keep getting multiple scam calls just like this one. They call family members, myself, and my wife, and have gone as far as calling her place of business, and at one point came to our home. This needs to end!

I've been getting calls from Anderson & associates they called my ex-husband and wife told them I used them as a reference.So I called Anderson and associates talked to a man named Jacob said I have a collection from a bank credit card that I never owned and someone was paying on it till 2016 he new every place I lived everything about me even my car I purchased he told me to look up Experian it would be on there the only thing on there was a company mod solutions which I also looked up and they got into people personal info
