SO YOU ORDER WHAT APPEARS TO BE NICE CLOTHING, BUT YOU RECEIVE ABYSMAL QUALITY CHEAP AND SLEAZY FEELING FABRIC. YOU KINELY REQUEST A RETURN AND THEY SHIP FROM NEW YORK BUT CLAIM YOU NEED TO RETURN TO CHINA WITHIN 30 DAYS. CAOSTLY AND IMPOSSIBLE SO THEY OFFER $15.00 ON A $26.00 ITEM. VERY SCAM LIKE. DISGUSTING QUALITY AND BAD CUSTOMER WERVICE. DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY

I do not believe the positive reviews of this company. They must be written by employees. I received four womens tops. It took an extremely long time for the delivery and I tried to cancel three times, but customer service repeatedly told me to wait until the full order arrived. One of the shirts is obviously a maternity blouse that the company tried to pass off as a regular top. It is gigantic and comes down to my knees. I look like I'm wearing a tent when I put it on, so it is clearly not a size large as they claim. I considered wearing it as summer pajamas, but it is so wide it would fall off in my sleep. The other three shirts are so small and tight I could barely put them on. They look like they were made for children. All four tops were advertised as Large, which is the size I wear every day. As you can see in the photos, the "Casual V Neck Floral Short Sleeve Tops" is massive, especially when compared to one of the other tops, which are so small and tight they will cut off your circulation. When I responded again and requested a refund I was told--in a computer form letter--that I could either pay for the return shipping to China--(Yes, it is worded as a threat. "Take this offer or spend more than your refund to return the items!)--or accept 20% of the purchase price, which was high. I told them I absolutely would not accept anything less than a full refund. This is false advertising. This company clearly does not concern itself with the sizes of the clothing. The clothing is advertised on the same model with the same look--computer generated images using one model with a copy/paste method of dropping in pictures that make the clothing look good. The images often cut off the bottom of the outfit so you cannot see how long or short it is. It really is a terrible company and I sincerely believe the positive reviews are fake.

There is a company on the internet...and I place an Order for $999+ cents and they have not sent me my products I Ordered and I just found out that there have been numerous complaints against this company. This company should not be on the internet advertising false products and taking people's money...there should be an open known order to the public not to Bu from these people. the name of the company is "Ninacloth.com" and they have no telephone to contact them.

This company is horrible. I felt that I needed to help someone out there in hopes that people read these reviews before purchasing. First off, It took 6 weeks to receive my order. Once it arrived 3 of the 5 items I ordered and paid for were missing. To top that off, the items that I did receive were extremely cheaply made. Not worth the price at all. Please beware if this company. Do NOT order anything from them ever!

Garbage

You can see the difference of the advert vs what arrived. What complete garbage. Described as a "knitted" dress of "cotton blend" what arrived was a nasty crispy & shiny polyester yucky shapeless garbage bag...Thank goodness I am only out $40. What an embarrassment.

Returns to CHINA at your own expense!!!!

I'm trying to return all THREE (3) items of my order.
The return email that I got after two days only referenced one of the items.

ALSO, I think it is VERY dishonest to say on their website that returns are available, and neglect to mention the shipping costs to CHINA!
and then offering only a 15% cash refund if I don't return anything. total crap!

I spent $91.90 on items that I can't wear and they are only willing to give me $13.79 for my trouble.

Dont get ripped off

I ordered $179 of clothing. The order took 6 weeks to arrive. When packagw finally arrived, i was so disappointed in every single item (10). Every item is made of synthetic nylonish material inspite of the online description. Even the "knitted" hat is made of this stuff. Horrible feeling material. Wouldnt ask my dog to wear it. Warning warning warning! Save yourself.

Nothing is as dedcribed on the website. Some stuff is like a 7 year old sewed it. Aweful material. My whole $179 order will go for donations...or should I save someone and throw away? All reports of no refund are spot on.
A described knitted hat is nylon or synthetic of some sort just like every single item i ordrerd despite the material description online. Warning warning warning dont get ripped off!

You are absolutely correct. I am so grateful I only ordered one item. It looked like something my grandmother would wear. Looked nothing like the photo. It's not worth sending back because I won't be getting my full refund back. A total scam.NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL WARN EVERYONE THAT THINKS OF ORDERING FROM THIS SCAMMING ANNIE CLOTH.

I ordered over $200 worth of clothing from this company. None of it looked at all like the pictures. For example, these pics were supposed to be a sweater, but this is what I got. Like the rest of you, they wanted me to flip the tab for shipping it back. Shipping it back would have been more than the items that I was shipping back. SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

What kind of company is this.No email you put in order numbers they have no match,how can you rectify a problem when thers no way to get ahold of someone. These were for xmas . I dont know how they let a company like this ,continue to sell on line.i

Looks like a reputable company on Facebook. When clothing finally arrives (3-4 weeks after they have your money) you find the merchandise doesn't even resemble what you ordered...cheap polyester material, ill-fitting, and poorly constructed. Shoes are laughable and made of a seriously odor-offensive rubber-like substance. Forget trying to get your money back. Buyer beware!

Ordered 9 pieces and none fit, arm holes were too small for my arms! !asked for a refund.and found them in China and not CA as I was led to believe. Cost me 90 to return for my plus 130.00 refund. Package is in customs! Since July 17 and now Sept 12 absolutely horrible customer service, save yourself the trouble and do not order.

Clothing is UNBELIEVEABLY CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP! Sizes are absolutely ridiculous, and whoever made the clothes must not have even used a pattern. Looks nothing like pictures on-line. Fabric is see-through. Complete garbage!

My issues are the return policy and that I questioned the material being 100% cotton, as per their website. The material is slick and shiney. It feels and looks like it's a cotton/poly blend. The photos on the site make them look like they are cotton. To return an item you are required to upload a photo of what the problem is with the item and you have to pay for shipping the item back. It's not worth it, which I believe companies like this realize. Here's why I feel this way. For a $16.99 item, I would pay for the shipping. They send you the return label, so depending on they shipping method they require, I figured it would cost anywhere between $5 and $8 dollars, possible more. Add to that, I have zero confidence I will get my money back, based on all the reviews I've read about this company. I have decided to donate it.

Item not delivered. And they refuse to compensate Exchange policy impossible to find on website and unworkable once they are in charge. Take forever to deliver. The items are all made of polyester and very thin. I advise strongly against ordering from them.

Total scam. Clothing not as promised and then the return policy is a scam. I emailed via their website and they held it until the time elapsed and then said, oh, so sorry, no returns allowed. I had actually just hoped to exchange since the sizing was so weird…but apparently that is not allowed either.

This is a scam despite some blogger talking about it being "legit." It's not. The ads are extremely misleading; clothes look nothing like those in the photographs,
I waited a month, after paying, for my clothes to arrive. They arrived, minus one item-- that never came. I was shocked at the poor quality of two items, especially a pair of pants advertised as "linen," which were made of thin and shiny, very cheap polyester--not even close to linen. Nothing fit. I immediately followed directions for the overly (and deliberately) complicated "returns policy." But I never got the return label, only two e-mails telling me: "sorry your case was closed" because they said I didn't respond to their e-mail in 7 days. Huh? This morning, I received an e-mail saying that now my case is closed because the 15-day period for returns has expired. (Mind you, I never received the entire order). This is a scam, and I'm out over $100.
I urge everyone to contact your credit card companies and Paypal and tell them not to allow charges to this bogus company.

Ordered a shirt described as linen. It arrived and is a polyester blend. Gross. It is also cut in strange proportions (wide and short) so does not hang or move nicely on the body. After exchange and shipping I am out almost $50CAD. I read there is no point trying to get a refund so guess I'm stuck.
