this was an online purchase through aora website for an LED plug-in light found online.

-Order was charged to credit card on December 26, 2023. Received confirmation of order placed #**** and would receive update of shipping in 1 to 2 business day . After a few days I sent request for update, Aora replied with a non working USPS tracking number. After that email with non working USPS tracking number, no updates have been sent from Auro. Attempted to call the number on website (844)593-0420 on January 04, 2024, number has a non working message.

I just want my credit card refunded.
