I inquired about purchasing two shipping containers. They sent me an invoice on company letterhead. I did a bill pay to APL Containers.

A couple days later I get contacted by a company called ShipBoxExpress. Saying I need to pay $690 shipping insurance which i will get back 97% of it upon delivery.

I paid the $690 and then 3 days later I get contacted saying the delivery is on hold. 6 days after paying the so called insurance, I am told i need to pay surcharge, fuel, storage fees etc.. that needs paid before they can deliver, the cost is $1600.00 with all $1600.00 being refundable.

APL Containers & ShipBoxExpress both are scammers.
