9.8.2020 Received a recorded call from 504.259-3612 (Jordan Ricouard) advising me that my Apple account information had been compromised. The message went on to state other things that I was at risk for. Aside from the obvious tip-off -- I don't own an Apple product, what I found really interesting about this call is that the voice being used sounded legitimate and was familiar as the "recorded" voice we often hear with legitimate businesses. This recording sounded like they had spliced words and phrases together to put together the recording. If you didn't really listen, you would press one at the end as requested.

Answered their call. An automated message claimed to be Apple saying that there have been many scams lately and not to purchase anything. It offered To press to speak to someone or be put on the do not call list. I clicked to speak to someone and when they answered they said they were Bobby from Apple. hen I repeated his name, he hung up on me. I tried to call back but the number was busy each time.

I have recieved 15 calls today on 15 different numbers. Every time I block a number, they call back on a different one. The call is supposedly from Apple. There is some threat on my i cloud. It supposedly has been hacked. Caller directs me to press 1 to speak to a representative. I don't own an apple phone. This is very annoying.

I received an email from what I thought was the Apple company. I opened it and I had a receipt for a purchase of 99.00. There was a link I could click; above it said, “if you do not feel to make a purchase”. “Please use link below” It took me to a fake Apple website with Apple misspelled wrong. The website looked exactly like the Apple website. The fake website is appeple.com. I have a picture of the email but to keep my information private I will upload the fake website. Also to add my Apple ID was included in the email.

Called my home phone I answered already knowing it was a scam. It was an automated voice telling me my apple iCloud account has been compromised and if I wished to speak to a representative to press 1 I did so knowing it was a scam when they got to the phone you hear like 20 people in the background and the guy telling me he was from apple. Yes I knew better but there are tons of people that fall for these scams they make you go buy an apple card or any gift card and then take all of your accounts. I work in retail and have actually had a customer come in and buy 2 500 dollar gift for these people thank god I was there to stop her. Please shut this scam down

I called 805-318-7375 which was on the google website as Apple Support. I was needing tech assistance with a recent purchase of airpods. "John" told me he needed to verify my purchase and who I was to get the correct support. He ask me to verify my name, address, phone number and email. He then ask me to verify the last 4 digits of the card used for the purchase. I did. As I was talking to him, I received a notification from my CashApp account that $1000 had just been removed and sent to a "Cherry Bates". I ask "John" if this was his verification and he said, "Yes." I told him that was my college money and that I needed it to pay tuition fees and he said, "Go to Kroger to get a $200 ebate card and he'd refund my account the $1000 but I would not get the $200 back. I called my mom with him on the line and his name changed to "Mark" when she started questioning him and told him she was calling the bank, police and getting an attorney. My mother did just that, she went to the bank, filed a police report and called to try to speak to "John/Mark". They hung up on her.

I have received 24 phone calls in two days - about every half hour. The calls come from multiple numbers. They are supposedly calling from Apple Support and say there is a problem with either IClad or ICloud (can't really understand what they are saying). They tell you to press one or call a number they give you. I have not responded to any of these calls. I never return calls from unsolicited calls.
