+1 (863) 263-8945 Number texts me saying Good Day Melissa Elaian, how are you doing today? My Name is "Dean Henderson", I'm an Advert Manager from AQUAFINA WATER. I need you to confirm that you submitted this information below to advertise for us with your car/truck or to have our billboard at your house to get paid $1000 weekly. The number originally texting me was 267-658-4723 with 6 other random numbers. I actually fell for it and submitted my information and confirmed info so idk what to do now. Feel so stupid thinking this was a blessing to put a sticker on my car. I hope these losers are found and made to suffer

I received the below text from an unknown number 1-713-703-5637, which I know is a scam attempt. I'm way too tech-savvy to fall for these: Good day! Aquafina Purified Water is offering to pay you $1000 every week if you let us put our Decals on the side of your car, truck, bike, or if we put up a billboard at your house. There is no need for prior experience, and there is no start-up fee! If you're interested, please visit this link below to read more and apply.

Through a job service website that I use and is legitimate, is how I applied for what I now know as a scam thanks to everyone who's posted. The name of the man who sent me the letter after I received the check was Robert Marsh HR manager auto wrap campaign 337-703-0737. The mo of the letter was extremely similar to the letters other people posted. Furthermore I saw his number in the list of numbers at the end of this website. The check was for $4700.00 and I was to keep $500 and give the rest to a unknown unnamed car wrap tech. The name on the check was PDC spas plastic development company Inc 75 Palmer industrial road Williamsport PA 17701. It was unusual that there was no phone number on the check. The bank on the check is Jersey shore State Bank at 300 market s y t, Williamsport, PA 17701. The signature looks like four letters b e y u I'm guessing. It's hard to read. I truly hope this information helps someone as all the posts helped me.
Aquafina scam is now Dr pepper

I clicked on an FB ad for affiliate marketing last week. While researching that, I got the same text message that all you guys got. I thought (must be an attached phishing bug). Sure enough, the main ad is legit, and this Senders address says: Jenny Hyong at 431 Mix Ave, Columbus OH, 43228, which was bought in 2020 by Dan Walton Jr., Madeleine Walton, and Anaya Communities LLC. (no Jenny Hyong). Today I got a text at 3:44pm that a check was coming, from Robert Walsh to text him back at (332) 373-1090 to confirm, and that area code is from Manhattan NY. The check inside is from THE LANDINGS CLUB, INC, 71 GREEN ISLAND ROAD in Savannah, Georgia (a damn golf resort) not a South State Bank. So if the check bounces, then what? What transpires after that? Im wondering if the car wrap company a fraudulent company owned by this Robert Walsh, as well?

I received my check, for 4950, today. Pretty much knew it was a scam. Trying to figure out a way to scam the scammers now!

Everything that everybody else is saying is true about these scams. I went through the same stuff and I just got off text today saying that I was approved and I should have a check in the mail and I did receive a check and the address of the check comes out to be true any address to the text messages comes out to be from a different state. And the guy's name was supposedly Robert Marsh and the number is the 770-575-9376 number that's at the bottom of the numbers list. But when I've text the picture of the check back to the number I had the inform him that the instructions that came with it was slightly different because the sums of the check that was supposed to be sent and the sum of the instructions that were sent to me were almost $1,000 different and that's what made me check this. So the check was from Texas yet the text message was from a Georgia number, and the postage from the USPS it's from Alabama.

This guy out of Mooresville, North Carolina who has a Linken account with his name Jamal Oliver Waterworks mobile detail. His phone number is 843 450-0361. He will mail a Wells Fargo check for 2760.22 dollars via FedEx and it will initially clear at your bank but then it will bounce. Jamal will pressure you to deposit and send money via Zelle or Cashapp the same day to a Lisa to set up the Decal install. I told him this made no sense for me to pay an installer for his company. He stopped contacting me and the check bounced, but I had already called my bank to tell them I was suspicious of this check.

Saw an advertisement on facebook filled out the form got texts to send pics of the car which I did they said once approved I 3850 would be paid directly to the installer who would come to my house to install it . in big bold they wrote" DO YOU UNDERSTAND"?
phone 469-580-1908 going by the name John Cook... Anyone else have this senario?

+7

This time I was wise enough to not respond to the initial text. If anyone has received a check and already deposited it (of course anyone would want to believe it!) I'd call the bank (or better, go in) and speak with bank manager, explaining what happened. Do not spend any of the money or send it anywhere.
These scammers are terrible, shame on them!

Yes i had same senario but they sent me a cashiers check not a regular check and now I’m scared because i deposited it.

Same scenario but different phone number… if one was to have already deposited the check what should they do?

I JUST RECEIVED A CHECK FOR 3,126.20 FROM JAMAL AND I'M GONNA SCREW WITH HIM "DO YOU UNDERSTAND?" WAS HIS LINE.

Yes. Waiting for this package from this man!

I filled out the “application” yesterday and heard back from a representative this evening. I was just laying down thinking about whether or not this was a real opportunity or a scam. So I decided to Google and came across scampulse and can’t say that I am surprised that it is a scam. While that number is pretty it’s not worth the hassle. But boy do I wish it was real— especially with looking to move.

Application

You have received this Instruction and check payment because you qualified for the Car Decal Advertising program you applied
for few days ago.
Firstly- you would need to confirm that you have received this package, read, and understand it through SMS message to
(970)305-5066 The first week's payment with the fund will be paid to the AQUAFINA ADVERTISING
PROGRAMMED Graphic Artist (specialist) is included in the envelope. Secondly- You have to deposit and withdraw across the counter at your bank. The check clears immediately in most cases, or
they ask you to wait 24 hours. You will need to provide your preferred date/time/location ASAP for the specialist to come and fix
the AQUAFINA decals (Car Decal) on your car. They will issue a signed agreement to you that state the specialist is liable for
the removal of the decal after the program expires.
Thirdly- The advertisement campaign will run for 4 months, you can choose to cancel at any time, you also have the choice to
choose the size of the vinyl decal that goes on your vehicle during installation, the total amount on the check is $3,600. You will
deduct WEEKLY PAYMENT - $1,000 which is payment for 2 weeks and deposit the rest for the specialist that will install the
car decal. They will also come and remove the car decal after the campaign expires as stated before.
Henceforth all payments will come weekly which means you will get check payment in the mail every one week.
FAQ: Why do I need to deposit funds for the specialist? In the past we have issued checks differently, the expert will cash the
check immediately and move to the participant's location to install the decal on your vehicle. Only to be told, the car had an
accident, and it cannot be installed. Some will say the car got towed because of illegal Parking. We experienced so many excuses;
that has resulted in losses of money paid to specialist because materials bought will be wasted. This is why we decided to be
issuing the checks together to make everybody get ready at the same time. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.
FAQ: Can I wrap a leased vehicle? Yes, since the decal can be removed without harming the vehicle, there are no restrictions
against installing decal on a leased car.
FAQ: Would I be considered an independent contractor or employee? Independent contractor, none of our drivers are considered
employees of AQUAFINA or our partnered advertiser.
FAQ: What should I do next? Deposit the check and confirm by sending the picture of the deposit slip using SMS to
(970)305-5066, we would also need you to provide the best date/time/location that you want the specialist to come and install the decal on your vehicle.

Anytime you get a text from somewhere u didn’t go on ther site or even if u did and it says get paid or u won. Just pull up on any browser and type in the name of the company and is it a scam. Scampulse who I just used seems to be good. The AQUAFINA wrap your car is a scam I gues they used to do it years ago and scampulse says it’s back. It’s very rare to receive any text or emails that say u get or won something that are true. Look to God for truth read the Bible and these texts I usually just delete but this one I wanted to see because ther are legitimate car wrapping deals that companies will pay but u would deal directly with them not some random texts.

I assumed this was a scam...when I got the confirmation email, all it confirmed was that it IS indeed a scam...they wanted a photo of my car? I am adding a screenshot of the email I received which contains all the information they requested as well as a bit of their intentions tho they've made sure not to mention payment, amounts, frequencies, etc. Too bad this isn't an honest way to earn a living as I am on a fixed income & can't afford groceries! That's truly the only reason I completed the info tho I knew it was too good to be true~ Sad...there are MANY who'd fall for this in a heartbeat!
I Was Told I'd Begin Immediately Earning $800 per WEEK!

I did, also, but if I hear from them, I'll simply ignore them, block the phone & unsubscribe from the emails. Too bad it is too good to be true but I assumed as much. Be a GREAT income but typically, if something seems to good to be true, it usually is. I wouldn't worry, if I were you. They can't/won't track you down & just refuse to talk to them any further. Block their phone calls & unsubscribe from the emails & hope for a better offer that is REAL around the corner! Best wishes~
