Spent our Thanksgiving vacation in Mazatlán, it was amazing. We were invited to attend a presentation with awesome sales people that were not at all pushy and offered great customer service at a very nice hotel that offered a sweet stay. As a perk they offered to take a right in one of their RZR´s which was a very memorable experience! we decided to purchase Atlas VIP so we can keep enjoying awesome perks in any of the places we travel. we got a sweet deal on points as well so we will for sure be taking many more vacations in the upcoming year.

Was debating on posting this comment since I have not had any issues since I purchased Atlas. The only thing was that my points were delayed in being activated. I sent various emails and made several phone calls to customer ser vice but it was hard getting through since they are a busy company. Finally, I was explained that the server was having tecnical issues but that they were working as fast as they could to get my points activated. About 2 weeks later, I was sent my access code with my points ready to go. I was able to book our hotel, air, and car for Hawaii on our upcoming Spring Break trip.

I had two very enjoyful and amazing week vacations down in México!

I just retired earlier this year on February and really needed some time with my family. I do not regret at all this purchase, everything was on point, the service, the place, the prices and the staff that was very kind!

This is part of a larger scam group. They are intertwined with Global Group Vacation Program, Galaxy Premier Club, and likely others. BEWARE!

It disconcerns me that there are people who say they do not receive adequate service. I have renewed my membership with Atlas at least twice and my friends and I love traveling to the resort.

They help us book and put together an all-inclusive package, they even help us get the flights. The service is always good, the employees are friendly and respectful not like in some other places ive been in.

Personally I am fascinated, I cannot ask for more. The prices are affordable and I always have what I want and need.

I RECOMMEND ATLAS VIP GROUP TO EVERYONE WHO LIKES TO TRAVEL AND STAY IN A COMFORTABLE PLACE WITH AMENITIES.

I cannot agree with your comment. I bought a plan from them $15,000 and never got my login and they wanted me to send $18,000 to buy my timeshare… who in the right mind would want to do that? And they are not even an escrow company.
I logged all my conversation with them and was finally able to get my money back through credit card dispute. Please do not listen to whomever giving this scam company a good review. Safe yourself the headache by ignoring this company.

I want to share my experience with everyone who happens to read this.

I know from multiple sources and my own attempts that finding a vacation membership that truly delivers on its promise is difficult, if not impossible, but I did.

Atlas VIP Group is a wonderful option. It is very easy to book, every time I call for assistance or kind of help they are very kind and explain no matter how many times it is necessary.

They have a very good team and their service is excellent.

I don't care what people say, personally I honestly think I made the best investment of my life.

I love traveling, and who doesn't? I went many times to Mexico and Cabos, and spent a lot of thousands on hotel and other amenities until I found Atlas VIP Group. I was aware that it was a risky choice but ended buy my membership anyway.

Just 3 weeks after my purchase I had access to account and was able to set a reservation anywhere around Mexico which made everything way more easy for me.

I have traveled around a couple of states just to have the best time of my life.

Don't be scared give yourself the opportunity to enjoy just like me!

I think you are part of the scammer group trying to lure your other victim.
I was a victim but i got my money back through credit card dispute after 4 months of them not responding to the dispute but refuse to refund me the money.

I am on vacation with my family and I just renewed my membership with atlas vip.

I have heard for many years many friends and many family say that their memberships did not work and that they could never use it, but luckily I have never had that problem.

I bought it about 10 years ago and I am happy with it. He traveled every year, and I have a lot of fun.

To anyone wanting to buy a membership and travel easy I super recommend Atlas Vip Group.

MY NAME IS GIO AND I AM 67 YEARS OLD.
MY WIFE DIED FIVE YEARS AGO AND SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN VERY INDISPOSED TO TRAVEL. I HAVE NO FREE TIME AND MY SONS AND GRANDCHILDREN LOVE GOING TO MEXICO AND ITS BEACHES SO I DECIDED TO TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP TO THEM SO THAT THEY ENJOY THE YEARS STILL CURRENT OF THE CONTRACT.

People in Mexico are very friendly. On my first trip to that country someone came to me and offered me a membership where I could have better service and amenities during my stay.

I liked the way the hotel looked and the prices were affordable, I liked my vacations so I bought to be able to travel more.

In 3 weeks I am going on vacation to the beach again and I am excited, Atlas VIP helped me to book my room and flight quickly and easily.

About 4 days ago I arrived in Mexico and renewed my membership. That's right, IT IS THE SECOND TIME I have purchased my vacation plans with Altas Vip Group.

Not once have I been disappointed. My room is always impeccable and the workers attend quickly and with a smile. MEXICO is incredible, I love spending my vacations here.

Years ago I had bought a vacation package in Playa del Carmen and I could never use it, I was very disappointed with the services, to make a simple reservation I had to call many, many times.

I am 57 years old and my daughter traveled to Mexico for her honeymoon, she fell in love and bought a vacation membership.
When she told me I said that it had been a bad investment but surprisingly it is the third time that they'll travel and according to them the service is excellent, so i was encouraged to accompany them months ago and I bought one myself.

My wife and I are delighteeed, this certainly did not disappoint us like the last time. EXCELLENT REOSORT.

So I just got back from Mexico, my vacation was wonderful.

Six months ago I went to a family event and stayed at a hotel very close to the golden zone and while I was walking a girl came over and presented me with a vacation plan for this hotel. the packages were eye-catching and very good so I took a chance and followed her to the resort, where with the help of a boy I was able to acquire the membership.

And because of the pandemic, I couldn't go back until two weeks ago and it was completely worth it. I thought it would be a bad investment but I was surprised, my reservation with was easy and without problems, the service of the charming workers and the room servicess
. I definitely plan on coming back soon.

LAST YEAR I TRIPED TO MEXICO WITH MY SISTERS AND WHILE WE WALKED THROUGH THE GOLDEN ZONE A GIRL INVITED US TO KNOW THE FACILITIES OF A HOTEL WITH A "TEST CERTIFICATE" AFTER ATTENDING A PRESENTATION.

WE CAME BACK A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO TO USE IT AND IT WAS FANTASTIC, THE LOCATION IS GREAT, THE ACTIVITIES ARE FUN AND THANKS TO IT WE WERE ABLE TO MAKE A COUPLE OF FRIENDS. THE EMPLOYEES PROVIDE GOOD ATTENTION AND OUR ROOM WAS IMPECCABLE. WE DEFINITELY WANT TO COME BACK SOON, I ALREADY HAVE MY CONTRACT.

On vacation in Mazatlan about 4 months ago I attended a breakfast and they offered me a membership certificate to try the hotel facilities, I returned a month ago with my children and I loved it.

The service is great, the facilities are very nice; the rooms were clean and very well equipped plus the view is lovely, I now officially have my membership and can't wait to use it.

In 2019 I traveled to Mexico with my family and a man invited my wife and me to breakfast and after that presentation, we acquired a certificate to get to try and know the resort.

We decided to go back and were blown away so we bought a membership, we use it every six months and it's great. I have received excellent attention, and although due to the seasonal demand it is a bit difficult to get your reservation, I can always request it a long time in advance.

In January 2020 just before the pandemic, I traveled to Mexico with my family, we attended a presentation and were delighted with the membership program.

One of the agents came to us and solved all the doubts, he explained a little more to us about how everything worked and we decided to buy one. When the pandemic hit we were contacted by a company and we were told that we could sell unused weeks, that they were working in conjunction with potential buyers, which was a way to benefit from a program that we weren't using.
With everything that was happening, we thought it would be a good idea to make some profit for something that we had already paid for, so we accepted without further ado, they sent us some documents to inform us as well as give us assistance by phone, when checking all this information with the resort of He told us that it was indeed one of the companies they worked with to purchase weeks.

Everything seemed legal so we started with the paperwork to carry out the sale. The process was a bit slow and of couurse there were some problems in terms of timing but everything was resolved. Clarifying that there are some transactions and things to pay but in the end I recovered all my investment and more.

About two years ago we traveled to Mexico, very close to the Zona Dorada promenade, a young woman approached us and offered us an invitation to a timeshare presentation that included breakfast and a walk through the facilities to get to know the hotel better.

At first I hesitated a bit, but everything seemed extremely attractive.
The attention of the agents and the staff was good, all our doubts were explained and clarified so my wife and I decided to acquire a membership.

Until today we have traveled a couple of times without problems, it is a bit difficult to get a reservation in red season but by requesting the dates in advance we have been able to vacation without problem.

The reasons for our request are as follows;

1. Non Disclosure; when an agent of Atlas VIP Group, met us near the entry of Tesoro Resort
at the Marina in Cabo, and offered us $28,000 for our two Mexican Timeshare properties, he
then did not disclose that they would require the purchase of their $15,000 timeshare License.
Plus it was never disclosed that they would demand us to pay a large deposit, weeks later.

2. Big AL offered to give us $28,ooo for our two timeshare contracts, but after we got home
I got a call from a Latino guy named Isaac Garcia, Senior Broker who said we had to pay
an estimated $7,500 more right away for a deposit, but not to worry as this would be refunded.
But, he said we must pay right away or we would lose our deal and all the money we already
spent was at risk. To confirm I called Big Al (213) 370-2954 and he did not know about this fee.
Big AL said he would call US Trust in Chicago to straighten it out.

Big Al seemed worried and confused, and he never called us back. I then called Isaac back and
he said this must be paid right away before Atlas could process the account and pay
us the $28,ooo as agreed. but I argued that this was not part of our agreement and Sounded
like a scam. He got extremely angry with me for questioning his honor and he then hung up on me.

3. Before we signed, Big Al showed us a chart, where they could fractionalize our one week
into several weeks which would allow them to make many thousands of dollars per week.
Confusing, yes but it seemed to make sense at the time.

4. On your • PROPERTY APPRAISAL / AUTHORIZATION FORM you promised:
"lf closing doesn't TAKE PLACE ON JANUARY 29TH 2021, all contracts will be cancelled and monies given today ($15,000.00 USD) will be return to Mr. Donald Jay Leske 11 a Mrs. Emiliana Ramot Leske."

5. On Atlas Group; AGREEME NT: AVG-150016 your company said; " • 1 YEAR SATISFACTION GUARANTEED 100% MONEY BACK.
