Placed order online December 6, 2023 for game systems. Wanted for Christmas. Did not receive items at all. Was told it was delivered in January, but was given an address in Massachusetts where I have never lived. Was told they would reship. I emailed them almost every day asking for a refund only to be told the package was reshipped. Was not given a new tracking number they claim due to the large amount of shipments they had. Filed a dispute with my bank and was informed that the new package was delivered in January. Tracking number was to a completely different address than mines. The shipping information was not even from this company. It's like they just made up a tracking number. I continued to ask for a refund and was told the package is on it's way, but they told my bank it had been delivered two months ago. Call their phone number and only get a busy signal. They will not call me even though I have given them my phone number.

I have attached a copy of my receipt from an order in December 2023. I emailed them and was told they would reship my order and I should receive within a week. Once again no order! Have I been scammed? I ordered off of TikTok. I sent another email to them request a refund since I n we ver received my order.

Ordered a small carry on suitcase Dec.05,2023. Saw this on Facebook. After following up for an update on delivery date I was given a tracking order number. It shows that it has been in transit now for 55 day. I suspect it was not actually sent - still not received as at 06 March 2024.

The company advertised an electronic board game system on Instagram. I made the purchase for $39.99 on 6 Dec 23. As of 27 Feb, I have not received the product, nor has the company provided any tracking information, yet they claim the item was shipped.

same like rest of the coments just diffrent items, odered 2 handheld retro gaming consoles over facebook forgot what was company name but got charged by sarry try . got the tracking number. after some time it got "delivered" on the picture it was not my packet or my address. after that we exchaned 20 email. they are just delaying and thinking of new exuses. oderder early december 2023 still didnt get it and i wont get it (22.2.2024). scammers. i dont know how are they still able to do that to all these people for so long

I bought a few items this Christmas through Facebook with no issues. I saw this great deal on carts that do donuts for 3 to 8 year olds. I received legit emails, receipts... on 12/7. When I didn't receive the product I emailed them on 12/22 and they sent me an email saying they were behind with the orders please give them 20 working days. On 1/17 nothing came so I emailed them again and they sent me a tracking number through 17track.net that showed me it was shipped and delivered to a location in Texas. So no product and it has been in Texas since 1/8 so i tried to call today 2/12 and surprise it was a quick busy signal then a disconnect. Shame on me :(

Purchased laser cleaning device via online shop in Facebook on 1 dec 2023. Shop appeared to be based in UK. Provided receipt for purchase. Mastercard statement vs receipt shows that account debited for conversion from usd to aud plus foreign fee. So receipt was for $49.99aud. Mastercard shows $78.04. Also company Sarry Try based in Denver USA not UK. Followed up in dec 2023 through jan and Feb 2024 querying non- delivery of item within 7 days as advertised. Delivery company is luck at best service. Finally provided tracking number. Registered with tracking company and found item delivered to nsw australia not vic australia with Aust post. Lodged complaint with Aust post who investigated and confirmed tracking number was not addressed to me and contents different to my order. Scam.

Purchased and item Mid December, delivery 3 days? at an agreed price that wasn't adjusted by country. So end price with freight at Checkout vs on my credit card was quite different.
I have been chasing the item since Christmas but are continually being messed around, put off and deceived.
When I finally got a tracking number from them, it showed the item delivered, however it wasn't my purchased item, or my address or even the order contents.
I now believe this is a scam, and they are freely using any tracking number to keep you at bay from the truth that they have misled you in your purchase.

I ordered a gaming table on Dec 5, 2023, after waiting a month I sent them an email about status of my order, since I had never received a confirmation number. They told me my package has been sent and gave me my confirmation number. I tracked the package that was sent from China and it was finally out for deliver on Jan 8th in Littleton, CO. I live in Dubuque, IA. When I emailed them about the problem they said their logistics company would address the problem and they would address the problem ASAP. I emailed them again on Jan 19th stating that my package has never been delivered. They responded with the same original confirmation number and said it had been sent. I responded that this confirmation number is NOT my package, as that package was delivered to Littleton, CO. I received the same text back about their logistics company addressing the problem ASAP! At this point I just want my money refunded!

I ordered a welder and a solar generator on 12/1/2023 for $59.98 Never received anything from them. Will not answer my phone calls. Will not answer any of my e-mails. They say they shipped something. Two small packets that have been sitting in California for over a month. Two small packets not two packages that should weigh at less 60 plus pounds. The credit card company said they won’t refund money to me. I received nothing for my money big Scam.

I ordered two pieces of luggage from Facebook. My credit card was charged $40.00 on December 5, 2023. I have never received the merchandise. The telephone number provided is always busy and two emails I sent regarding the status have not received a response.

I ordered the turnabout in December on the 3rd for my grandson and after they took 39.98 but I hadn’t heard anything ever since and can’t talk to a live person about it . This is ridiculous so then I cancelled my card. It’s under Kimber Nantz gmail is Claudehenegar [email protected]

L ordered a Boise CD player on Facebook that said it was fromQVC but SARRY TRY took39.98 out of my debit card. N confirmation or tracking number. Ordered Dec.25,2023. It was going to be a gift. It may not seem like much money to you but I am on fixed income .Facebook should not accept these fake companies.

I bought 1 infinity gaming tablet with table Dec 23…buy one get 1 free.. Cost me $95..money came out of my account & no product received..have reported to Fraud / Scam Squad..Hopefully these ppl get the chop..🤬

I ordered a spinner luggage on December 21,2023. Ad said it was QVC and Shark Tank popular. I never received a confirmation email. Money was pulled out of my bank account but I have not received any tracking info or any follow up.

Scam, I ordered Charlotte Tilbury product early December 2023. Still waiting. Got tracking number as attached. Took money from Credit Card. Obviously a scam. I see others have had the same problem. I will contact Credit Card company for further information.
