This company refuses to do refunds. The emails you receive from them do not solve the issues at hand. Start to make complaints to the BBB. With fraudulent information online and refuses to issue refunds eventually it will catch up to them. An email doesn't fix everything! With this company, they take the money and run!

Also, within ONE MINUTE of placing my order, I realized I put the wrong size. I tried MULTIPLE TIMES AND MULTIPLE WAYS to reach them but NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I now want a refund and there is NO ONE returning any of my attempts to reach them AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE! They do NOT CARE! Look elsewhere for your jewelry and save yourself from the SCAM!

Also if you are a legit company why no responses to questions or you take days to respond. This does not put anyone mind at ease.
Please urgently advise.
They "drop ship", which means this stuff comes directly to your door from China. They buy it on aliexpress and put your information in for shipping..that's why it takes everyone here 7-14 days to get their jewelry. Their location is some fake shipping/post business building that is in the U.S.A. Do they honestly care about the cause? Ofcourse not, you're getting ripped off by 5x the price, to buy from them.. while they sucker you in with their facebook ads. Ask them if any of their claimed donations actually gets submitted.
1. You claim we buy our products from Aliexpress and eBay in order to "dropship".
I assume you don't actually know how my business or the intricate systems and relationships we have developed work. Therefore I consider this to simply be an assumption based on some personal research you may have done. The fact simply is, that the claim is entirely false. We do not purchase our products from either of those platforms. Over the years I have personally seen to the development of our relationships with certified sterling silver factories in both China, Europe and the USA. Yes, it would have been easier to "drop ship", yes it would have been cheaper. But I consider myself an honest person and I hold my customers in the highest regard, since, without them, we would not be here and we would not be able to help and inspire people by the thousands as we have done in recent years.
All of our jewelry, some of which is shipped from China, some of which shipped from the EU and the USA is certified materials and of the highest possible standards that can be achieved for low range metals. Why did I do this? To keep the experience of receiving the jewelry as fantastic as possible, whilst also being able to keep our price point low enough so that most people can enjoy our products.
2. You claim our location is a fake building in the USA.
Here I would have to assume you simply haven't done any research at all. Our business is registered in Northern Europe in Denmark. The business address is not public as it's my personal home and here in my home I personally check and vet every single item we sell on our website. Yes, we do have a post box in the USA. Why do we have that? Because from a logistical point of view, it's a lot easier for our American customers, if need be, to return their item to a postbox in their own country and then leave it to my team to handle the rest. Furthermore a lot of paperwork simply can't be done in a manageable way without this solution, so yes, we have that in place. It is however not fake.
3. You claim we do not care about our course.
This too is simply a false statement. You do not know me, you do not know my team. I have an entire document that's filled with personal stories from our customers that we have gathered via intimate conversions over email and messenger support. All of those stories are testament to how our products have changed peoples lives and in some cases even saved their lives. I will also right here address this line you made: "Ask them if any of their claimed donations actually gets submitted." Yes, I have every single receipt of every single donation to NAMI since we started that campaign. Has it been every month? No. Why? Because in my pursuit of building a proper company with products of proper quality I have not always been successful in having profitable months. However at every given opportunity we have donated exactly as stated on our website and I have personal thanks from NAMI too after a conversation with them from 2019.
4. You claim our customers are getting ripped off by 5x the price.
This feeds back into your first argument about Aliexpress. I know a lot about the suppliers on Aliexpress. Most of the jewelry in this price range is sold as some kind of alloy. This is an extremely cheap and low quality piece of metal that will oxidize and fade very quickly upon use. We simply do not sell these products. In fact in many cases my team and I have designed our own items and done our own photography, an example is our entire line of "I am enough" jewelry, only to find out afterwards that our jewelry designs were copied and stolen by Aliexpress suppliers, even Amazon and Etsy too, and then sold as something else at a much lower price point. Sadly there is not much that can be done in these cases, because copyright laws simply don't apply in the China in the same way.
I am sorry to read your comment here. It hurts me deeply as I am proud of my company and grateful to every single one of my customers. If this comment is made from resentment, because we may have caused you a bad experience then please accept my personal apology.
